The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The newly decorated living room is furnished with two large couches, and a 65" TV w/ Sound Bar. The Dining area is coupled with the living room and is equipped with a large table for Six as well as a sitting counter and bar area. Situated 2 short blocks from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of sunbathing, swimming, and sunsets or wind down right outside your door on the pool patio.

Denise & Bill were wonderful hosts. The place was clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. There were lots of beach accessories, also. The beach, trolley, and restaurants were all close by. Pier 60 was within walking distance. I would come back, again.

I would suggest different furniture in the living room. Couches are uncomfortable & are not very clean. Microwave has cracks. Dishwasher is very loud & the place you put the soap does not open as it should when running.

I rented this apartment in January. The owners of the apartment are very nice and helpful people. They helped me solve some difficult issues. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation and even more. Beautiful design, Mexican Bay cross a road, pool, ton of restaurants within walking distance. I'll come back next year.

Een fijn appartement alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Lekker dichtbij het strand en toch rustig. Direct toegang tot het zwembad. Heb hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Zeker een aanrader. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer na toe gaan. Alles bij elkaar een fantastische ervaring.

The condo looked exactly like advertised. It was big and bright and clean. 2 blocks from the beach was an easy walk with the pool right outside your door. The owner was wonderful as were the residents of the other condos. I will definitely return!

Elsa and Zack from St.Louis.We stayed from June 13-27.We really really really enjoyed the vacation . The condo was great nice and clean with anything . Great location , two blocks away from the beach , The closest condo to the pool , Nice neighborhood and quiet place . The owner Bill is number one responding to the email In a minute . Everything was great great great . I definitely recommend my friend for these beautiful and nice condo . If we decide to go next year to Clearwater I definitely going to get Bill's condo . My kids enjoyed this condo too. Great great great very lovely condo !!!!

Really enjoyed my stay every thing was within walking distance restaurants,beach & shopping. No need for a car trolley stops right next door took cab to airport for 49 dollars

Only 5 minute walk to most beautiful beach! Condo unit upgraded & new air condition! Very friendly occupants @ Pent House Shores! Great weather, lots of sun & fun! Owners great to work with! Have stayed here 4years & will be back next year
