Arrived at 10:30 and allows us to sit by pool and park. Said room should be ready by 12-1:00pm. Checked at 2:00 room wasn’t ready told them about a wedding I had to attend at 5:00. At 3:25 went into lobby and sat there waiting 2 different people came in and they got their rooms. At 3:58 my room not available. Said cancel me I have to find somewhere else to get ready. 4:02 got call my room was ready. I know check in is at 4 but them why tell us around 1 would be ready we could had made reservations elsewhere for the wedding. I felt like it was intentional and they said room wasn’t ready when we were sitting by the pool all day and watch maids clean the room we were in at like 1:30.

Awful! Do not stay here…noise from the ac, glaring light from the parking lot, pillows were half sized and hard and the entire staff was rude.

Hotel was near many restaurants and acroos from clearwater beach.Many activities to do near the hotel.When u first arrived the hotel wasnt properly cleaned there was pieces of hair in the mini fridge and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. They have 2 small pools on the side instood at the pool did not work the whole 5 days i stood there so that wasent great when asked when it would be fixed the first day i checked in i was told by the next day and it wasnt fixed...staff was nice

This hotel seems to get a bad rap! It was great for the price and location! I stayed with my husband and adult daughter. The room and bathroom were clean. They made our beds everyday! The air conditioning was very cold. The fridge kept all our drinks very cold. It was outdated but not a reason not too book. We did not use the pool at all so can’t rate that. We enjoyed the close walk to the ocean.

The place is in a good location, but opposite to the main restaurants. The place is an older hotel, but they tried to remodel a bit. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and pillows were ok, but the water pressure was bad. Also the air was very noisy, but comfortable for us since we sleep with white noise, lol. The pool was good, we did not use it but did check it out. It is a great option for the money. Would stay again

Thought were getting a beach front but the picture made it seem like we were getting a balcony the way the door was opened. We had to change rooms about 2 times because of toilet problems. The front office staff was nice.

Arrived a couple hours early and room was not ready. Had to wait 2 1/2 hrs in a small cramped lobby before the room was ready. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and pool was closed so we had to go all the way across the street to use the main pool. Overall the experience wasn’t bad but the mattresses could definitely be better.

The power was out for three hours. Vary dark inside and outside and no staff present. The issue wasn’t the hotel's but saying “wasn’t our problem” is unacceptable. Your guests stay was compromised, no air, television, in the pitch dark, and ice machines down. Good management woul have had someone on site to answer questions and sorry but you do owe your guests compensation of some sort no matter whose issue it was, because it wasn’t my issue either.

Location was great, but hotel listed was not the correct hotel we were thrown across the street and the old beat up hotel with no pool and the kids had to cross the street a busy intersection just to get to the pool on the other side. People were smoking weed on the property there are people fighting in the hotel and there was some guy trying to get in room.

The Lady that refers to herself as the GM needs a customer service training course. We were stuck in tropical storm Debbie and she gave us a nightly rate of $199 for this property that is way overpriced for one night. I feel she jacked nightly rate knowing the situation and her attitude was just stank for the look on her face from the tone in her voice she obviously doesn't like her job.

It was a good place for the money! Super close to the beach! Just needed a little more attention to detail- crack around our door left the light and sound in but fortunately not any creatures (that we saw)!

Had an issue with my fridge on day one of 5 days they replaced it still wasnt as cold as it should have been. The pool gate kept getting jammed. The bottom and the side of the pool were sharp got alot of cuts. Overall it was average 2nd time at the property wasnt bad but some issues this time compared to the last.

The night staff was wonderful and helpful despite the dysfunction of the room. TV did not work due to no remote, then the remote ran out of battery they replaced the original with their master remote briefly then took it away. No TV at night as a result. 5 am woke to a flood in the bathroom that came from the room behind us and/or the toilet leaking from the back. Had to change rooms at 6 am. We asked for a later check-out the next day. They gave us an hour, we needed 2 more but they refused.

Not a bad hotel but seems outdated and not worth the price. Also when the air conditioning kicks on it is so loud it wakes you up at night. The area is really good though! A lot of places to walk to

The pillows on the beds were like Throw pillows, very OLD and Bumpy pillows! The Water pressure was HORRIBLE, it was a trickle of water ALL 5 Days we were there! The Beds could be updated also! They make you pay 10.70 a night for parking, which should be FREE as you are paying to stay there! Yoo are not allowed to take ANY towels to the beach or you will be fined 50.00! The only Good thing about this Hotel is it's not a far walk to the beach! Also there are NO chairs to sit on your balcony and ALL the hotels had chairs!
