This spacious 2 bed 2 bath non-smoking 5th floor condo is located directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The breakfast bar ensures there is plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. The full size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The living room and master bedroom have patio doors leading to a 30' private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condo easily sleeps 7, with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom and a single bed sleeper in the living room. One of the LARGEST two bedrooms on this site! Overall the condo was great and the amenities was a plus. The chair attendant for the beach was friendly and able to accommodate our group needs. Location was a plus and lots of nearby restaurants and places to visit. Only downside about the unit 502 would be the basic commodities you would want in the main bedroom. Bathroom door was partially missing and had a shower curtain that allowed water outside shower area. Bed in the main bedroom was definitely in need of changing out. Made a lot of noise, you could feel the springs of the mattress yet pillows were great.

We didn't stay in SD502, do to renovations being done on the balcony of the condo, we instead stayed in SD607.
We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Dweller as always. We are looking forward to staying at the Surf Dweller again next year.

Condo is great! Beds are comfy. Stayed in many condos over the years and this one has the best fridge with an ice maker. I am picking up something for Linda Lee. There should be two is that which one is that? OK Bathrooms are nice with tall vanities and toilets! View from balcony is awesome. Plan to give the drawers a thorough wipe when you arrive but was clean in all other places. Choose 503 and you will be happy!

The property is large. 2 queen beds, king and pull out. But it is very dated and dirty. The towels and blanket were not clean. There was a sign posted on refrigerator to not set thermostat below 75 degrees because is will freeze up. The refrigerator took along time to cool food. For the price property was very basic and cheap.

Condo was very nice and clean; exactly as described. Lots of space for a family without feeling cramped. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. View was amazing! Kitchen provided everything needed (except for meat thermometer to cook prime rib). Great time to visit with nice weather and no crowd. We've stayed in Okaloosa Island several times and this has been my husband's favorite condo so far. Will be back.

Have stayed in this unit for several years. Have always found it to be well kept. This time the living room rug was covered (totally) with hair(appeared to be animal hair). Was nasty, I have pictures if you would like. Will probably not stay in this unit again.

We've stayed at this condo several times and always enjoyed it. We noticed somethings need updating bathroom ceilings and rugs cleaned. Otherwise this is a nice condo to enjoy and relax inside and on balcony. Satellite hook up didn't work all week, we didn't call anyone, because we managed to keep ourselves entertained in other ways.

This is an excellent property it has great views and bed was very comfortable. Furniture was firt rate. They did call and tell it when it was ready which was a great feature. Only trouble that we had the TV lost connection when it rains.

Right on the Beach!
Condo was clean and well appointed. Steps from the beach. We enjoyed most everything about the condo except the following. Note in the condo said the only thing provided was toilet paper. No coffee filters and we weren't sure if we would be charged if we used the paper towels that were wrapped up on the kitchen counter. We have stayed in multiple condos where more kitchen supplies were provided. Not enough of a negative to cost a star but something that future guests should be aware of.

Surprisingly Quiet and Private
Couldn’t have envisioned a better place to spend out final trip of the year. We’ve stayed at the larger complexes only to be disappointed by families rushing out of their units in the early morning or wasting beach time waiting on a crowded elevator. Surf Dweller was one of the cleanest and well stocked units we’ve stayed in. The extra large Balcony was the icing on the cake. The 2 BR/BT floor plan also has pocket doors to segregate each room with its own bathroom. Will definitely consider staying again.

Laundry room full of broken beach items. Broom to sweep the floors would be nice. I tightened the bolts in the dining room chairs, I was afraid one might break from the loose bolts. If these issues are not corrected I would look for a different unit next year. Thanks!
