Eccellente

Direi veramente ottima la posizione, l'hotel è a pochi km dalle tante attrazioni come parchi avventura e giardini. La struttura ben tenuta e staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima anche la colazione.

Diciamo la posizione, vicino ai parchi divertimento e alle principali città, e la colazione, molto abbondante e buona

Apertivi dozzinali, senza nessun tipo di accompagnamento culinario se non che due noccioline e patatine a richiesta, visto i 40€ di aperitivo, e poi bagno delle camere non puliti e questo mi spiace visto la cifra!! Sono stato in passato in questa struttura e non avevo nulla da dire, tornare ad essere quello che eravate visto che una bella base c’è!!

A very disappointing stay

Close to Gardaland. That's it. If you have other options, stay away from this place

This is specific on room number 2: 1. The toilet is smelly. It smells like poop. They gave us some spray to counter the smell but we need to re- spray every few hours as the smells goes back again. 2. The door going to the main room cannot be closed. The smell of the toilet goes thru the room and this makes the door a huge factor in our complaint. We don't mind if the main room cannot be closed if there is no smelly toilet 3. They require us to put a deposit of €200 just in case, but the condition of the room was terrible: a. The cooking stove is missing. What's the purpose of all kitchenware if the stove is missing. When we complained, they gave us an induction cooker, but the 2 kitchenware is not induction-capable, so it is basically useless b. Microwave looks/smells odd that we did not use it at all. I do not want to risk my deposit for that c. Utensils are questionable at best. d. Dining table is present but no dining chairs. We took one chair from our friends' unit as their room has 4. 4. Staff said we should park our auto in front of our room, but obviously, not all tenants understood or received that memo. We ended up parking too far since our slot was used by other guests that stays at a different room. 5. We complained all items above right after we saw the room and since there is no available replacement room (at least this is what they said), they said they will fix it once we leave the room the next day. When we came back after our Gardaland park escapade, nothing has changed or fixed.

Great location and personal

Very close to Gardaland and late check-in. The apartment was spacious and they even have a swiming pool. The personal was also very nice and smoke english very well.

Rooms are too small for money value and included breakfast was poor. Only eggs and sandwich. For 250 euro per night one bedroom room with 4 beds. Guests in hotel bar were noisy all night till 2 am (and that is fine with staff) so anyone couldn’t sleep. You have to pay on site becouse when you see your room and ants in toilets you wouldn’t stay thrust me.

super hotel, spacious green area for families to have a break, room very clean and delicious breakfast. also very close to Lazise, Garda and Peschiera which are lovely towns.

Comfortable stay, but mold in the bathroom

The apartment was spacey abd comfprtable. The pool was a nice touch and the breakfast was good.

There was a large black mold in the bathroom shower which was hard to ignore.

The food was okay but not enough food for children.

The size of the room. The lack of the cleaning maintenance ( toilet paper was not filled). The water flow at the shower was very bad. The location of the toilet was not enough place due to the sink in front.

It was simply perfect and I recommend this place especially for familiies.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect since very near to Gardaland and yet away from the busy centre.

The bed and cushions could have been more comfortable but otherwise it was perfect for us.

Very good! Close to Gardaland!

Nice staff!! We really liked everybody working in this hotel: from the reception to bar and restaurant, the people were smiling and very kind helped and serve us. Delicious breakfast! Very confortable beds. Good value for the money, we payed very little for 2 nights and recieved more.

Beeing a location close to nature there are little bugs.

Beautiful landscape but not so nice people :(

- the room was nice and clean - the breakfast was nice - nice garden

- there wasn't a reliable public transportation between the train station and the hotel. the bus didn't follow the timetable, there was a delay of more than one hour. First bus who reached the train station went in the exact opposite direction to the one indicated on the bus label. - there is no connection between the hotel and the Gardaland Park. There are some taxies but they are not reliable. Even if they promised to pick us up at some hour, they don't follow that. In the end, is almost impossible to use a taxi in a reliable manner so you can't move in the area without a personal car. - the hotel stuff, especially the concierge (the woman from the reception) didn't want to help us at all. We asked her to call us a taxi because we didn't know the language and the lady (which from my understanding is from Belgium) wasn't kind enough to help us. Her response was: "do it yourself" (twice!!) and she didn't called us a taxi, nor when we wanted to go visit the park neither when we need it to go to the train station. In the end, after we lost the train, we got help from another receptionist who just started her shift, Simona. She was very kind and supportive (she called us a taxi) and for that we want to thank her again.

Location. Loads of greenery. Bus stops and restaurants nearby. Very clean. Good breakfast though they didn't refill when things finished.
