I did not find anything not to like!

Good equipment, cleanliness. A quiet place to relax. Good breakfast but there is no coffee machine.

Good
the guy who waited at the reception looked scared and didn't say anything at all. it looked like he was afraid to speak.

Location: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, it's great for those who want peace. Right next to the sandy beach. The hotel already knows that it needs minor repairs.
I am a humble guest. The room is spartanly furnished, the furniture already worn out. The bed could be better, so could the pillow. But these are little things. I recommend - for undemanding guests 🔝✔️👍

The location is perfect as the beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel is surrounded by forests. Breakfast was good also.
When we arrived, we received a twin room, even we specifically asked for a double room. Only after a long negotiation, the staff helped us to connect two separate beds into one. Also, there were a lot of drunk people inside the hotel. The hotel is really old and outdated, some renewal would make it better. Given that, we felt that the services are overpriced at this hotel, even though its location is perfect.

Breakfast was actually decent.
4.5
Best location if you are going to have few days on the beach in Saaremaa with children and it turns out to be sunny weather. Really short walk to miles of nice sandy beach.
Interior and breakfast are really basic. However, we can not complain as we were aware of it.

Very good location. 50m to the beach. Good playground for the kids. The possibility to have a BBQ. The air in this area is so fresh and clean, that after being there for a day you really have a good sleep.
The breakfast is quite poor, cloud be better. The sound isolation between rooms is quite poor as well. Luckily we had very quite people living next to us.
The rest is good.

Good location, very polite lady in the reception.
Very poor breakfast. Arriving an hour before the end of breakfast time, even butter had run out and only crumbs in the dishes showed that there had been something to eat.

Superb quiet location. Beautiful sandy beach - great for kids because of the warm and shallow water.
The admins at the front desk were very polite and kind.
The AC didn’t work in the kids room of our pricey suite. This was of course during a heat wave. The other AC in our room worked but made a sound every few minutes comparable to a noisy water pump. So it was hard to sleep.
Informed the staff of the broken AC in the kids room the first night. There was nothing they could do they said. Although later a certain gentleman told us there was an identical suite sitting empty next to us. More of him later.
On the morning of the checkout I asked for a discount for the broken AC. This was met with hostility from a man who is presumably the owner of the hotel. He started ranting about paying taxes and how I should take it up with Booking.com.
He raised his voice to me quite a bit and tried to gaslight me telling me that all AC units make this kind of noise that doesn’t let you sleep etc.
When I reminded him to stay polite he started backtracking and trying to bribe my kids with “free” ice cream.
In the end he offered 20% off of our next stay. Like that’s going to happen after this fiasco.
Payed the bill and left.
Furthermore the coffee at the breakfast buffet sucks. It sits there in a thermos for hours. On the last morning the milk clogged on my coffee. I told the waiter, so he could replace the milk at the buffet. Instead of just taking care of it he told me that it didn’t happen to his coffee. I suggest getting an automatic machine and some customer service training for the waiter.
While you’re at it, get some for the owner as well - you need it.

Very nice location in woods, close to the beach, spacious rooms. Furnished in rather old style but clean.
Rather poor breakfast, the hotel was nearly full but there was not enough food for everybody at one time. Selection was very limited.

Very clean. 50m from the beach. Nice childrens' playground.
You could hear what neighbours are saying, so very poor sound isolation between rooms. Wifi quite slow.

The location is just perfect! One minute from the wild beach without people. 10 minutes by car to the city center. Breakfast, also, could be better, but it's quite good and fresh. As well room was very big comfortable. In general hotel worth it's price.
Air conditioning sustem is terrible. It is quite hot in the room even with air ventilator.

The location - on the beach and the beautiful cost nature
Poor service
