yep although the cost was pricey would stay iagain IOM is short of accomodation at busy times

easy access to public transport continental breakfast was good friendly staff

weather was unseasonably cold but no heating no where to dry wet clothes when arriving in rain other guests who slammed their doors shut even during anti social hours

Slightly disappointed

Staff were helpful and professional at all times. Customer support was excellent.

Our bed was a twin single bed put together, so there was a gap in the middle of the bed. The duvet was zipped together. There was no lobby with couches or sofas to spend time except for the bedroom, which is small. They served no alcoholic drinks, and there were no mini fridge to store ones own drinks. The size of the room was a bit small for the price.

Breakfast was basic but ok, the staff were friendly and the standard of cleaning was good.

The food available on the menu was poor and the meal I had the first eve was awful so i was totally put off trying anything else. Felt the hotel in general felt tired and would benifit from being updated.

Location to airport

No housekeeping. Only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel between 2 of us. Breakfast always the same and boring

Nice breakfast. Walk to airport and bus service.

Safe was locked open and therefore unusable. No towel or make up service because card (that didn't exist in room) was not hung out.

Great location, good car park, friendly and helpful manageress, Beds comfortable and good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Good continental breakfast with plenty of everything. Would certainly visit again

Ideal location for our visit to Castletown.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Breakfast was good. Bed was really comfortable. Plenty of tea & coffee in the room. Shower was fine. The staff were brilliant & very helpful.

Room was on the small side because the bed was too large for the size of the room.

Fantastic place

The location of the hotel is perfect. The bus stop is 4 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious.
