The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle (costs a few Euros)
The room seemed to be pretty clean. It is small, but all you need for a one-night stay between flights.
All in all, it was what you could expect for the money.
The A/C spat out warm air even though it was set to cool. I talked about it with the man at the front desk, and he gave me keys to three other rooms in which the situation was the same. This could be a real problem if you happen to get there in warm weather.
There is no place to get any food near the hotel (at least not at night) and so I had to go into the city for that. Since the hotel is rather far from the city and there's no easy way to get downtown by public transport, I had to take a Bolt there and back.
There are quite a few vending machines at the hotel, but a large percentage of them were not functional. The ones that did function only took Euros in cash, so I wasn't able to get even a bottle of water.

En ayant check in, une fois dans ma chambre allongée sur le lit, une personne rentre dans la chambre en me disant que c’est la chambre qui lui a était attribué
De la je suis obligée de redescendre a la réception avec l’autre personne pour expliquer la situation et enfin on lui a donner une autre chambre.
Ensuite concernant la navette, j’ai demander a la réception qui me dit toute les 30min
Je pensais prendre celle de 8h30 le lendemain pour me rendre a l aéroport
A 8h10 quand je descend pour le café je redemande si la navette sera la a 8h30, on me réponds oui.
A 8h20 après le café je sors avec les valises et repose la même question, on me dit oui toute les 30 min
A 8h32 je ne vois toujours pas de navette, on me dit elle va arriver, et la finalement une autre collègue me demande si j’ai réserver en scannant le code a la réception pour la réservation, dont je n étais pas au courant.
Je dit que non, je n étais pas au courant que ça marcher comme cela vu que dans leur réponse des le départ c était oui yen a une toute les 30 min, cela avait l air automatique.
Du coup comme il n’y avait pas eu de réservation via ce code bar, il n’y avait pas de navette, et la prochaine n était cas 9h, donc trop tard
Alors ils commencent a regarder a quelle heure était le prochain bus qui passe devant l hôtel et je m’y suis rendu
Sauf que le bus n’est pas arriver a l’heure et le temps que j’arrive a l aéroport, l’enregistrement bagage avait fermer
Ce qui fait que j’ai louper mon vol et cela ma coutait 220 euros de changement de vol pour le lendemain et un hôtel
L organisation dans cet hôtel ma couter du temps et de l’argent
Si des le départ quand j’ai demander par rapport au navette il m’avait répondu qu il faut scanner le code bar pour réserver plutôt que de me dire que automatiquement il y en a toute les 30 min sans rentrer dans les détails je n’aurais pas louper mon vol.
J ai écrit a l hôtel le jour même après changement de mon billet pour demander dommage et intérêts mais rien....

Pour la navette hôtel aéroport si vous êtes seule ça vaut le coup sinon un Uber sera moins cher

Le distributeur de boisson et nourriture ne fonctionne que aux pièces et pas de distributeur d argent à proximité

Insonorisation des chambres au top. Surface chambre plus grande que son hôtel voisin connu aussi pour ses petits prix. Literie bonne.
La ponctualité de la navette privée pour l'aéroport à 7€ par personne, vous y êtes en 10 min !!
Saleté au sol, chauffage très sale et rouillé à souhait (chambre 171) et salle de bain "boite" mais bon pour 1 nuit d'escale c'est peu important.

I find the breakfast little poor. I couldn't see any cheese,butter,olives,tomato , cucumber and fruit. It could be little bit rich.
You can hear the flights but it doesn't disturb so much.

The shuttle is not necessary: expensive service when not even available all day (only morning and evening) plus the bus takes you directly to this place for cheaper and almost the same duration.
Providing a deposit that is not being returned when checking out is very uncomfortable. Plus, there is no real proof of check out...we just had to give the card of the room in a pot without control ....

Linen was clean
On our check in there were two staff personal, other of them was man. He was very rude and impolite, clearly could see he hates his job. Rooms had old place smell. Vending machines were broken.

- hotel location easy to reach by city bus from the airport Roissypole/Terminal 3 (bus n⁰43 / 349 / 350 bus stop Avenue du Bois de la pie, it´s a 5min-walk) much cheaper than the hotel shuttle €10 return trip...
- clean

- nice receptionists and they speak English !
According to the reviews we were expecting much worse but were positively surprised.

- in the two different rooms we stayed at two months apart, there was always one of the light bulb at the side of the bed that wasn´t working

Good price not far from CDG Airport
Nice pictures online, but the reality is different. There was mold on the wall and around the whole window. Window felt like it was open it was freezing cold. Air-condition to heat didn't work and we had a baby cot reserved and there was none when we arrived. And when we asked for it, they told us the one's who set it up are already gone. So we didn't get any. I was a bit disappointed traveling with a baby.

It was really good the fact that the property offered a transfer for the airport. however, the facility isn’t that good.
the hotel was smelling bad and didn’t have any restaurants around, we tried to get a bus but we still had a lot of difficulties.
