Chambre propre, bien équipée. Très bien pour 1 nuit 2 chambres distinctes pour 3 adultes

Le bruit de la chambre au dessus avec de forts grincements de chaises toute la soirée. Peut être ajouter des patins sous les chaises

Le quartier est assez moyen, les chambres sur le cours de la Marne sont bruyantes. Le ménage de la chambre était un peu limite !

Parfait

La propreté de la chambre, l'accès facile, la disponibilité du personnel (même si on ne les a pas croisés, car arrivé trop tard et parti trop tôt). Mais on a pu échanger par téléphone et par message. Nous avions demandé des lits bébés, et ils étaient installés avant notre arrivée.

J'aurais bien aimé rester plus longtemps dans l'hôtel, mais ça sera pour une prochaine fois!

Un bon compromis..

L'accueil est convivial, le personnel souriant et disponible. L'appartement est spacieux, bien organisé, la table et deux chaises est un plus souvent manquant dans des appart hôtels abordables..

Côté rue et malgré une isolation correcte, l'appartement reste un peu bruyant: on entend les gens qui crient dans la rue, ...et la lumière du lampadaire est dérangeante la nuit. Le rideau n'est pas assez large pour laisser l'espace dans la nuit.

We arrived late at night and the location didn’t seem easy to get to using public transport. Easy to train station but not tram or bus

Reasonably priced hotel with excellent breakfast near to the railway station.

The hotel was close to the railway station, I arrived by train, and reasonable close to the rest of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable - though no AC when it was very warm. The breakfast was excellent and good value.

When it comes to the hotel itself and the rooms, everything was perfect. Great service for the parking at a very good price

The area where the hotel is located is not the best, to be honest. I’d recommend taking the tram C and avoiding going by walk especially during the evening.

Good

Breakfast was limited and expensive for what it was. Only used it once. Location was a bit tricky because of roadworks and its a bit of a shady area but I was able to get to tram stops easily and I could walk to the main station.

The area around the hotel felt a little risky and we didn’t quite feel safe walking around outside in the evening

Clean, easy to reach and pleasant stay in Bordeaux!

The rooms were clean and this is what I was expecting to find the most. The hotel was in excellent location. Easy to reach from Flixbus stops and Gare Saint Jean. The tram and airport buses were also close which can be reached by minutes of walking. There are many markets nearby like Lidl and Spar. There is an excellent bakery next to the entrance of the hotel which has fresh and delicious French bakeries. Also you can find many restaurants nearby.

The rooms were designed very simply. If you are expecting to spend your whole day in the room, you will get bored. But that wasn't our objective so I have no complaints for that. Also there is still a construction on the street which causes some small distractions. Luckily, there wasn't much noise.

The distance from the train station

The bed was comfortable but dirty with some hair on the pillow and black spots...There was no promised hair dryer in the room and the reception didn't work after. When we did a check-out, it appeared that we could go down, call the number and someone would bring it to us, because they took it away because there were cases when someone stole them - really? Should it really be my problem? When you are tired and want to take a shower and you know you have to have it in your room, you don't want to start exploring where to find it knowing that the reception is already closed at 8. The room itself was not fresh - some cigarette smoke could be occasionally smelled, and as you see, the rooms are a bit "too used" than in the picture. For the same price, you can stay an extra night in Toulouse in the same-star hotel but with a 24-hour reception and way better quality rooms and facilities. No, I wouldn't return there again...

funtastic burdeos

Excellent accomodation. For us was perfect. Size room ok, shower, heating, etc works without any problem. bed very confortable, easy to check in, even if you arrive late. very kind staff, and good ubication. not far from the center...and close to the train station. well, usually i am not so positive with the hotels, but really have been perfect. true.
