Pobyt w tym hotel to jedna wielka pomyłka.

Śniadanie

Smród i brud w pokoju. Prawdopodobnie podłoga/wykładzina była wielokrotnie osikana i obrzygana. Niedziałająca klimatyzacja. Wentylacja w łazience woła o pomstę do nieba. Grzyb na obrzeżach wanny i na szklanej zasłonce. Ten hotel to jedna wielka porażka ! Hotel nawet na jedną gwiazdkę nie zasługuje.

Жахливий готель. Паркінг - 90 злотих. Відсутні елементарні зручності в номері за 150$. Немає шампуні, зубних щіток, кімнатних капців, жахливі рушники та постіль. Відсутня сушарка для рушників. Навіть щітки для унітазу і тієї нема.

Kad ierados, pusstundu meklēja datu bāzē manu rezervāciju. Tā bija iepriekš apmaksāta ar brokastīm caur booking. Izrakstoties par 1 brokastīm no kartes iekasēja 45, + eur (brokastis maksā 45,- PLN), tātad četrkārtīgi. Vadoša darbiniece problēmu nerisināja un savu vārdu nenosauca. TV nedarbojās, to salaboja.

Difficult contact with staff. Any help! Issuing an invoice is a huge problem that the entire staff overcomes. Total disgrace!

Nice modern basic hotel

Nice lobby/lounge. Friendly staff. Rooms were basic & modern

Needs new carpet in room. Room was cold even without air con off. I asked for an extra blanket & the kindly gave me an extra duvet which was perfect. No gym.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, near a big railway station, with easy access to the metro and tram lines, so it is easy to get to other places in Warsaw and the surrounding areas. The rooms are modern and clean and are cleaned regularly. We did not use the hotel's restaurant, so we can cot judge its quality.

The bathroom was missing the toilet brush, so we couldn't clean the toilet after it got dirty.

Convening place to stay with helpful staff.

Location is good. Breakfast is not integrated into price, you can have it if you like to pay. Staff was good, helped to store by luggage and food in the fridge. With air conditioner which is important in summer day. Cozy entrance and comfortable.

The carped on the floor has to be changed, a bit old. No standard fridge in the room, which is surprising. Seeing the fact that we are a family, two adults, hotel automatically could give two key cards.

I do not recommend anyone to book with this hotel

The staff is great I fell victim to fraud that the hotel includes transportation from the airport to the hotel, unfortunately there is no driver and I waited two hours and the driver did not come but the hotel and rooms are very poor I do not recommend anyone to book with this hotel

Decent rooms and great location for good price

Good location near the city center. Great value for the money; for the price rooms are more than adequate. Things were clean and functional.

Some construction work in the corridor while I was visiting, but thankfully they did not start too early in the morning.

Decent, but there should be better options for this money.

It's quite centrally located, easy to reach by foot from central railway station. The staff is friendly. The bed was comfortable and linens were very clean.

It looks like the place falls apart a bit, a lot of little things in the bathroom especially are loosely connected. There was a weird ticking sound coming from somewhere that annoyed me. And I did a mistake by of ordering the taxi with them: 2 times more expensive than the price the receptionist told me.

Great location and clean room

Cosy and clean room, modest and comfortable for short term stay. Although rebuilding was in progress, no extra noise was noticed. Great location just 10 minutes walk from central station, however the surrounding is quite noisy with large streets, trams and trains so needs to be taken in consideration. We were very satisfied.

excellent location

the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, after changing the room, it was a bit better in the next room, but the dirty stained carpet did not encourage staying in this room.
