Wenn an sich alles ok ist, aber man hofft, dass die Nacht bald vorbei ist.

Wir haben das Abendessen sehr genossen. Es gibt diverse Wildspeisen, ich hatte das Wildschweinragout. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig ausgestattet.

Wir wussten, dass das Hotel direkt an der Strasse lag. Leider merkten wir schon auf dem Gang, dass die Lüftung sehr starke Geräusche machte. Die Badlüftung lief die ganze Nacht, war sehr laut und störend. Direkt vor dem Fenster lief immer wieder ein Klimagerät an, dass selbst durch das geschlossenen Fenster gut hörbar war. Dieser Umstand und die damit verbundene unruhige Nacht, trübte den an sich guten Eindruck.

We liked the hotel and staff a lot and will surely return.

Breakfast was one of the highlights! Great food and super friendly people! We had a room to the backyard, which was comfy and quiet.

Superb

Loved the stay, the room was very neat and clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good. Another surprise was the availability of unlimited bottled water for free.

Loved the place and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was great. Everything was either a short walk or a bus ride away. Breakfast was equally good. Nice selection and great cappuccino. Would definitely stay here next time.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and car park just across the road.

Unbelievably noisy AC unit so couldn't sleep. Bar closed really early, before 9pm

Close to bus station, which let's you easily reach Bellinzona or Locarno, free water was very well appreciated

Fully satisfied good value for the price

The reception staff was very professional and exceptionally forthcoming, even I arrived very late. I travel frequently and this experience was way above what I would expect from a 3 Star Hotel

Superb

Staff were super friendly! Dog friendly , even with dog bowl and mat in our room. Beautiful breakfast especially outside on patio. View outside window I loved, looking at vineyards, mountain and cool architecture . Large room and bathroom . Nice lighting.

It was great from the outside it's look ok but as soon as you walk in your greeted with super friendly staff and a clean, light and welcoming atmosphere, the room was massive with lovely comfy bed, air conditioning and nice view of the mountain and patio, the food was tasty and beautifully plated all for a good price I was surprised when it came to pay it was cheaper then I'd expected will definitely go back

Good location for a trip around the area. Parking is easy and free in the hotel's own parking.

Regardless of the 'double' room booked, the room had twin beds easily sliding away from each other. Breakfast is very basic.

Great value for money

The attention of the people. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and Fabio, the waiter in the breakfast was very attentive and he cared about the quality of the food, he was very professional. The breakfast was super good too.
