About this apartment rental
Home!!! This has been my "home" for some years when I was living in hyper-center Epernay (43m2 ). Now I have moved onto the next phase of life and into an ancient stone house in the suburb. I love food, wine (Burgundy and Champagne), travel, flowers, art and music. I have had much good time spent in this apartment. I love it a lot for the convenience, ambience, and quaintness. Now I am listing it to share my love of this apartment with any Champagne lover "friends". I wish you have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Epernay. Buzz me and share your thoughts of Champagne area and labels with me! :) And if you love wines from Bourgogne as well, be my wino friend! :) Please bear in mind it is a NON-SMOKING property and building as well.

We enjoyed our stay in Épernay. Amazing champagne houses and beautiful little local villages to visit. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location. Walking distance to everything Épernay. Sophie is super helpful. Highly recommend

Easy access to everything…parking was a breeze once we figured out where the apartment was…street parking or underground parking available and we did both. Wish there were more instructions on how use things such as the oven and tv…we were able to noodle it through with trial and error and the help of google.

Sasha's apartment in Epernay is everything promised in her listing. It contains all the comforts of home plus. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the proximity to the Saturday market that allowed us to cook in the apartment using the well appointed kitchen. A fabulous travel accommodation!

We had a lovely time. The bed was comfy and shower worked well.
Unfortunately our trains were delayed due to the strike so we were stuck getting the keys. The owner came personally late at night to come and get me the keys. She went above and beyond. The flat was perfect with a great home produce market round the corner and easy walk to the train station and attractions. We would stay again

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Communication and check in with Sophie went smoothly and her recommendation for dinner on or arrival L’Oiel du Boeuf was perfect. The location was close enough to the main Ave du Champagne to make walking very convenient. The parking garage, about a 3 minute walk from the apartment worked well, once we figured out how to pay for 3 days. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal, which we did on two occasions. There was enough space for our bags in the walk-in closet. Bed was comfortable. Generally clean, but there were some very large dust bunnies under the bed. Overall a nice apartment for our stay.

Easy check in and check out. Cute apartment but needs some updates and a good cleaning. Shower had mold and stunk! I don't know if it was the sewer or what but we had to keep the bathroom door closed so it didn't stink up the entire apartment. Location is great. We were there during a heat wave and the portable a/c was a lifesaver!

Apt. is well equipped , comfortable and close to all Epernay has to offer . Only drawback is lack of A/C , though not a big problem with cool nights.

Great Location
Great apartment, lots of space, in a great location to explore Epernay and the whole Champagne region.

Great find!
Very clean and wonderful location! We could have used a bit more help when checking in. We never did figure out how to pay for the 3 day parking pass and it almost made us late getting to the airport as we worked with the parking staff to sort it out. I would recommend getting specific details prior to arrival regarding location and parking pass.

Great apartment in the heart of Epernay
My wife and I spent a week in Epernay and stayed in Sasha's apartment. Perfect location with easy walking access to all of the city. Easy t find by car and ample parking in the city parking garage. The apartment is on the fifth floor with daily views of the Epernay balloon. The Halles (market) is steps away and Saturday it is full of vendors with every food you could need or want. Close to shopping, dining and the Champagne houses. Apartment is neat, organized, clean with plenty of storage.

Superb and unique location (and inexpensive parking) in the epicenter of Epernay. Walking distance to eveything that matters. We didn't get to experience the market as our stay was too short, but the structure is amazing! We imagine the Saturday market is not to be missed! We were able to prepare two gourmet French meals in the well stocked kitchen with ingredients from the local grocery and Patisserie only steps away. The whole house was well cared for, super clean, and comfortable. We were even greeted by a smiling and attractive ambassador. Every detail is attended to down to air conditioning (rare in France, trust us) to an expresso coffee maker. We walked to everything. The Avenue of Champagne was around the corner and we came home to an amazing apartment every night. The bed so comfortable; we slept like babies. Favorite champagne house was, hands down, Boizel; cutting edge in the art of Champagnes and such a sweet, sweet and mesmerizing hostess! Further afield, gorgeous and historical Reinart in Reims. Not to be missed is Veuve Cliquot; the Grande Dame! Hats off to Sophie for sharing her wonderful home and caring for so many visitors!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and very quiet. We loved being able to stroll down the street each morning to get coffee and pastries at the patisserie. Easy walking distance to any where in town we wanted to be. This was our first trip to France and we went directly to this apartment. Many friends had told us not to stay in Epernay, afraid we would get bored. But it was exactly what we wanted, I only wish we had stayed longer. The town itself is beautiful, a full day tour with Vine Escapes was absolutely incredible. The train is convenient and easy. We drank amazing champagne and had wonderful food and then walked back to our little apartment each night and slept well.

Quiet and modern top-floor apartment
Our stay here was excellent! The apartment was very modern and comfortable. We liked that it was in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The Saturday market was truly amazing! And just 10 feet away! Even long term parking was just across the street.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting champagne country!

Such a lovely place to stay
Overall experience was great! Check-in was simple and very easy. The apartment itself was very nice. We used the washing machine for our clothes. Very much needed after all the traveling we did beforehand. The home owner was very easy to contact when we had a question and was great to work with. I will say this, because it goes "above and beyond" the call of duty..... my wife accidentally left her insulin at the location. By the time we realized what had happened we were already half way across the country in another flat. The home owner had the insulin delivered to our hotel 2 days later without any issues. This was beyond anything we could have asked for with such a dire situation occurring. We really appreciate that the flat was great, and the communication throughout the entire process was fantastic, but beyond all of that....the home owner is a great human being. We recommend this location.

Overall great apartment and great location!
We really enjoyed our time staying in Epernay and in this apartment. The owner was so pleasant to deal with and she inquired what our plans were while we were there and gave us personalized fact sheets to help make our stay that much better! I would definitely stay here again - walking distance to everything needed in Epernay!
