Lovely place, that I would book again if going to Beijing

I liked the room as it was well organized and had little bonuses as free water, toothbrush etc. The staff was really helpful and friendly, even with to some extend limited English they would pull out translation apps just to go beyond to help :)

Tolles Personal! Tolle Lage! Tolles Frühstück! Viel Staub 😂

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!! Das Personal hat mir mehrmals Sonderwünsche erfüllt, mir bei Ausflügen geholfen und sogar Lieferungen auf das Zimmer getragen!! 12/10 Punkte für alle Angestellten! (Küche, Reinigung und Empfang) Sehr gute Lage und leckeres Frühstück.

Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, neu aufgebettet und alle Verbrauchsgegenstände wurden nachgefüllt aber auf allen Ablagen haben sich bereits bei meiner Ankunft extreme Mengen Staub gesammelt.

Nice place to stay near airport subway

Location, quiet, next to restaurant , 20 minutes to airport subway, nice decoration, good room, good value for money

Noisy Aircon, staff with limited English, no early breakfast ( start at 7:30AM) , very average breakfast

Lovely, comfortable stay in a very convenient location.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location - lots of dining options very nearby and the subway station is only a few minutes walk away. We loved the coffee from the cafe downstairs. The bed was super comfortable and a great size! We also loved the shower. We didn't manage to make use of the balcony outside but it was good to know the option was there.

Just a couple of minor issues. The safe was a bit slow and unreliable. The sliding bathroom door is a bit weak, thin and it's not easy to fully close it without leaving a gap.

Exceptional

The staff was great. They helped me a lot with checking in earlier, print one document, keep my belongings at the check out, etc. Wifi was fast and worked great, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would return for sure

Very good

it was very comfortable but currently in the red zone of for pandemic measures

from it stays it's 12 universal Studios but it took an hour and it cost by did I around 100RMB to get back and forth almost think it best to stay closer if possible but foreigners can't stay in Chinese hotels right now so it's very expensive to travel

Price is okay, but it lacks infrastructure and it really looks like a hostel instead of a hotel

The price is ok for a hotel in Chaoyang, there is a subway station relatively close by (about 15 minutes walk) and the staff are very helpful, although they don't speak English.

The room is smaller than I imagined and the heater was very warm (it was impossible not to sweat during the night). Also, I accidentally swiped the card on 112's door (instead of 111), and, to my surprise, the door opened anyway, which led me to believe that the same card can unlock any door in the hotel. Not safe at all.

a little bit far from the metro station

excelente receptionist, good location but the room at the first floor was so wet and dark, just avoid it… but when I moved to the second floor, the room was great

Very rare in Beijing!

This is the second time I go to this hotel, it is wonderful, and very well decorated, the manager is very professional and attentive, the staff also, I plan to make a long stay, I particularly recommend it, we feels, like home !!

Friendly staff and nice facility

We got upgraded to Designer's Room for free and it was very spacious and stylish with a lovely balcony facing the garden. The kitty even paid us a visit 🐱 Very friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood

If I have to pick one thing that I didn't like, it would probably the walk to the metro station. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was good, variety of choices. Friendly staff. The location is good as well. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Will definitely come back again.

Well worth it

Very comfortable room with a funky design. Just down the road from lots of restaurants. Nice and quiet. Just dont your trust your apple maps which might lead you the very long way around, there is a subway to get from the station across the main road and then you have to walk through a construction site and a carpark and its about 15mins from the station to the hotel. Breakfast was good, a choice of hot food and fruit. Recommend staying here for sure 😊
