tips were included within the price of the meals and services. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. All the staff were exceptional however there were a few that still stood out. I attribute this to the style of management and who they choose as their staff.
We ate breakfast from the Deli which opened at 08:00. None of the restaurants were open for breakfast.

great. good food
140.00 all n inclusive fee american way too high for quality of food.

great location, nice outside facilities
the brochure says you have use of saunas and hot tubs and you denied use if these facilities without a charge. facility was overbooked and had to change rooms after one day. the room I thought I had, I did not have. they did not have a one bedroom suite available thst I thought I had

We got stuck for 9 mins sales speech for timeshare which is so ridiculous.

We did not do the breakfast buffet, but enjoyed the deli breakfast. Good and priced right.
Some early noise from next door resort docking area.
2.5
Location was near my family we were visiting. Nice beaches. Decent rooms with well equipped kitchens.
We were chastised for not going to a timeshare presentation even when we were there as full paying guests - not some discounted offer related to timeshare sales.
Limited restaurants all of which were not that good quality of meals.
Towels and linens were frayed and worn out.

The pool
The food
The minibar, it is difficult to lift the coffee machine lid to put water due to lo space with the upper cabinet.
Internet is bad.
Cellphone signal is bad.
Elevator to slow.
5.0
Everything, the food, the personal, etc.
2.5
The facilities and services are adequate. The restaurants are overpriced, as expected, and the maintenance program is actively emphasized to the costumer.
They gave us a room located specifically next to a room in maintenance starting 8am on Saturday morning. It seems to be a distinguee offer for a comfort stay, isn't it?

No coments. All staff and everything exelent..

We had an amazing experience and awesome customer service from Lupita and Luis in the front reception! We can’t wait to go back! Another thing we really liked was that any time you leave in a cab they ask and take note at the gate of where and who is going, take license plate number and everything!
Nothing! I loved everything about this place and how safe they made us feel since it was our first trip
to Mexico!

Safety and comfortable friendly people, we were so happy that we want to go back and stay there again
4.0
beautiful, in a safe location, access to the beach and fabulous pools, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly
there was a fire and we weren’t notified about it. the timing of when the all inclusive package ends.
3.5
Room was perfect. Food was good.
Staff. Not helpful or even friendly, unless you’re buying time share.
4.0
Breakfast was great. The facilities, namely the pool and beach area are superb.
Front desk staff was extremely slow and out of the 4 computers to check in guests they had 2 employees working. Each check in took anywhere between 10-20 minutes, they need more employees up front or to speed up the check in process.
3.0
staff
too far away from everything restaurants/stores etc
4.5
Nice room, friendly staff and a great beach
The service at the El Patron restaurant
5.0
The resort was a drive from the main center area of Puerto Vallarta because the resort was located in Nayarit. However, it was super relaxing & enjoyable area. There was no need to leave the resort, itself.
3.5
Very clean!
Pool closes too early. (10pm) you can’t find food after 5pm bc the hotel closes their services and they don’t have restaurants near by. There’s on overpriced deli at the hotel that sells food but you have to be willing to wait over an hour to get a burger. You can’t get Uber eats because the hotel is too far and people will not deliver.

The pool
it seems like if you’re not American you don’t deserve a good treat from the staff…
it’s clear that this resort doesn’t deserve a good review…
our room was awful, water falls from ceiling because the a/c
the next door room make noises from chatting and laughing until the 1 am, we reported that to reception and they didn’t do something…
they made you pay 12.5% for tips which is against to the law here in mexico…
——
NO DEBEN IMPONER EL PAGO DEL 12.5% de propina. ESTO PERSONALMENTE LO REPORTARÉ A PROFECO.
SIMPLEMENTE MEXICANOS NO RECIBIRÁN UN TRATO EQUITATIVO.

Beautiful property and the beach is amazing.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
We went as a family group of 4 generations. There were activities geared towards all of us. It was so relaxing!!
The food could have been better, but was good.
4.5
Breakfast was great. The staff, especially Luis Guzman (he was very helpful) and Oscar Delgadillo were very attentive and nice with us. The view of our room was great! and beds were comfortable and clean. Every night we got some treats and our beds were ready to sleep.
