Very poor

It was not bad, not too many options, but the restaurant food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

There was construction and renovation outside and on the same building as well. My room was on the 3rd floor, and all I could hear was a drilling machine sound and traffic sound. I was moved to the “4th floor” as it was supposed to be a quiet room. The noise is just as bad and totally unacceptable, intrusive, and prevents sleep as after traveling for 9 hours. Even though I paid extra for early check-in, to get some rest, it didn't help. They should have used noise-reduction glazing. I booked for suite and it was without Bathtub.

construction noise heard in our room, we left but we’re still charged a night even though we were there only 1.5 hours

there was construction that we could hear loudly in our room. we were only at hotel for 1.5 hours. we shifted to a new hotel, and they still charged us one night… even though we did not stay. they should have posted the construction message on their website. as a result we will not stay stay there again even when the construction is completed.

Very bad experience. Not worth for the money you are paying. Avoid.

Very bad experience. AC not working properly. technician came for 2 times repairing but no use. Also drilling work going on in the floor not able to sleep properly. Fully noisy. Not worthy. Kindly avoid this hotel.

I normally stay at Goldfinch. No complaints. But miss a Swimming Pool.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff polite and friendly

We travelled with two small kids - Hotel and the staff were very helpful including arranging specific food for the kids. Hospitality was really good.

Awesome breakfast with neat and clean ambience and staffs are very well and so good.

Promotion calls can be avoided as it is disturbing much.

Location and breakfast

noise from road traffic is very high , hotel should invest in better sound management / glass windows and frayed and poor quality of towels ,been staying here many times across years , hotel management has changed interiors but quality of towels is poor , frayed at the ends and bare in some places , feel dirty using such towels

Very good central location. Breakfast was really good.

The Air-conditioned was too cold and was required to be on the whole time to prevent condensation and dripping in the room!
