The size, facilities and pool in this villa are exceptional. It’s in a quiet location ideal for relaxing
It’s quite a walk into town

The pool and space were exceptional. There were 5 of us and we had so much room to relax in both inside and out. It was great having a large covered patio
The dishwasher didn’t work.. but that was the only negative
1.5
Location was poor, the villa needed some care.
Someone entered the villa one night while we were sleeping and stole cash and a JBL clip

Absolutely no point in paying for pool heating - it was constantly too cold to get in

everything about the villa was beautiful but on our morning of check out the abuse, rudeness and over all way we were treated was disrespectful, we were never given a check out time just told if we leave before 10 to let her no, but at 10am we were woken up to a lady shouting and screaming at us to get out of the house, she wouldn’t even let us leave the car in the garden while we had a shower , we couldn’t even pack right , with a family of 3 kids this was so stressful, with our flight not till 7 that night we had to spend the day walking around with the kids, if we had known to be out by 10 I would have book a hotel for the day for us.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at Coral Villas due to the fantastic space, location and facilities. The property is private.
Unfortunately the security of the property did not match the level expected. One of the external security blinds was broken and had been bodged open and an insecure internal blind installed.
As a result the villa was burgled via this window and the safe containing our passports and valuables ripped out of the wardrobe and removed from the property.
This would have been avoided had the blind been correctly repaired and the safe securely installed. Had the property had an alarm it may also have been a deterrent and we would have used it. We also observed the kitchen door did not lock effectively and a bedroom window was previously broken possibly on another attempted burglary. Thankfully we were not in the property when burgled.
On a positive note, Maria assisted with the Police and moved us to a comparable villa at the Arenas for which we are grateful. We then spent the rest of the holiday struggling to obtain replacement passports and return home without further assistance. We are however, disappointed that no refund or gesture of goodwill was offered given our holiday was avoidably ruined.

Loved everything. spotlessly clean. electric gates. large rooms. lovely outdoor area, covered or uncovered. plenty of seating inside and outside. modern kitchen. great basement including table tennis. large modern bathrooms. short walk down the hill to old town and harbour. quiet. host easy to contact and quick responses. loved the information folder with useful information about villa and surrounding areas. only 10 mins drive from airport. pool cleaned regularly.
tiny tiny things which haven’t stopped me rating as 10’s. air con in the basement and basement bedroom would’ve been welcome. air con in main lounge area not powerful enough for such a large space. not unbearable but would’ve been nice.

spacious and private villa Perla with a lovely pool and outside lounge area.
beds were massive and comfortable.
bathrooms were also very spacious and walk in showers were fantastic.
smart tv with Netflix was quite enjoyable in the late evenings.
we also enjoyed a few games of table tennis down in the bottom floor of the villa which had another lounge area.
María was lovely to deal with during our stay via booking app and had the pool cleaned and heated each day.
loved this villa and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
located in quieter part, which was just amazing and peaceful.

The pool which we had heated at an additional cost but was amazing and the kids loved it. We were provided with basic supplies to get us started, water, cookies and wine which was greatly appreciated.

Property was fine. It definitely wasn't as luxurious as i would have expected based on the price we paid for it.
location was ok - walking distance to town but not comfortably - lots of hills. definetly need to rent a car or take a taxi.
cleaning once a week only.
add on booking.com is of multiple villas - not the actual one that you are traveling to. pictures on the site also taken some time ago as many areas needing updating/repairs.

Property was beautiful, really exceeded my expectations. We stayed in Villa Perla and it was absolutely huge. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are really big. The basement is massive but there is no air con down there so it does get a little warm. The facilities were great in general, kitchen well stocked with everything you could need, books and DVDs in the sitting room, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement and the beds are so comfortable.
Loved the villa and only small points that could be improved on. The wardrobe doors in the bedrooms don't really close. The terrace furniture needs upgrading including the sun loungers and the wifi needs upgrading as it only covers the lounge and terrace. But these really are only small things and didn't take away from the holiday at all. Overall Fab, would highly recommend it.

The property was really big with excellent facilities for my family.
The property needs some maintenance on broken items and wear and tear, eg - kitchen and broken fridge door.

This is the third time we've stayed in this villa. There is a reason we keep going back. They are easy to deal with. It's spotlessly clean. The location is good, close enough but far enough away. And they always leave us a few essentials in the cupboards.
