Une belle découverte à Grand Baie

Avant toute chose le personnel, de la réceptionniste au veilleur de nuit, en passant par l'homme d'entretien piscine etc... jusqu'à Emily la femme de ménage : tous serviables discrets mais oh combien efficaces ! Ensuite le logement, certes un peu """ vintage """ mais propre et fonctionnel auquel il faut rajouter un emplacement de choix à Grand Baie. Excellent rapport qualité prix... A refaire sans aucun doute.

La vue sur le quartier qui n'est pas entretenu : déchets en tout genre...

Il y a avait des petites puces sur mon matelas, voilà pourquoi j’ai dormi une seule nuit et on m’a facturé 170€/la nuit. Je suis très déçue, car même en appelant le service booking il ne m’ont pas aidé.

Lovely location, friendly staff but way too noisy!

The location is great - walking distance to the shops and food court and only a short drive to the beach and to the restaurants in the area.

The screaming children!! We felt as though we were in a primary school boarding house. Even after complaining to management, the noise did not stop. There is construction happening next door to the Villa which contributed to more noise. The “continental breakfast” was very underwhelming.

Lovely stay at Villa Narmada, the flats are very cute. There is a nice swimming pool and lounge area. You are right next to supermarkets, bus stop and taxis line. Very close to the beach too around 10 minutes by walk. Location is brilliant.

To be recommended, the value for money for a 2 star accommodation is great.

All the staff were very friendly. Ruth is exceptional and goes out of her way to ensure everything is up to standard. Ruth is a clear asset to the business.

Wonderful staff members from the moment we landed. Our accommodation was exactly what we saw during the online booking. Very pleasant team.

nice little accommodation

Very pleasant staff, friendliness, always willing to help, very clean and perfect cleanliness every day, towels changed every day, very pleasant intimate environment of a small accommodation, breakfast was perfect - it was free with the accommodation, always varied fruit or yogurt, complete satisfaction. We would love to come back again. The length of stay of 1 month seemed too short to us.

It was good to be honest apart from one thing.

We had a rat in our room that landed on our bed which awakened us to be honest we was shocked because it's very clean and we could not ask for more but clearly there is a problem unfortunately.

well located and conform to our needs

very kind staff; notably, they solved our issue regarding the first bedroom assigned to us (we were at the end of corridor at the ground level) where we were hearing a noise (like a motor) impairing our sleep. They gave us another room 2nd floor perfect. the breakfast was included with our booking.com reservation. The last day, we had fresh breads from bakery instead of toasted sandwich bread. The fresh bread from bakery changes the breakfast to a much higher level. I recommend to keep providing fresh bread for breakfast.

the hotel (painting, old furnitures...) would need to be refreshed to give a clean and nice impression :) the wifi signal needs to be better in bedrooms (only one wifi antenna outside the building is not enough apparently)

Beyond the line

Calm. Nobody bothered, very good.The staff was very friendly. Especially the one that work at night. Information was passing correctly. Anyway all staff is at level. Really need to praise for the few days we stay. Thank you to all staff. My toddler really enjoyed. We will be back again.

Cental to town, near to supermarket and restaurants

Just needs a few more kitchen implements, spatula ,sharp knife etc. Make sure everything is enough for cooking. When mentioned they fixed what we needed like reachable plugs etc and toaster within the next available time they had. Pleasant service
