The staff was very courteous. Very Helpful and overall very nice. The room was spacious. Each room has a good view of the garden, jacuzzi and the pool and gives a glimpse of the beach.
The restaurant has a good ambience. Situated right on the beach. The food is also very good. The Bar offers a good variety of cocktails and drinks.
The breakfast needs a little more variety.
The furniture at the bar needs to be changed. The couches were a little uncomfortable.

L’emplacement est idéal
Parking disponible

Located less than 5 minutes from Mont Choisy beach. Staff are pleasant and courteous (Dev, Sara, Tanya, Safeer) to name a few. They readily accommodate my special request during breakfast and dinner. For breakfast the option of fried eggs, omelet or boiled egg is not available but Sara made sure my needs were met and likewise over dinner, Dev and was kind to deliver our dinner to our room especially since we were with our infant daughter and it became a bit difficult for us to go to the restaurant and have dinner as a family. The beds are very comfortable and I must say I had to most peaceful sleep during my stay. The restaurant is an outdoor one with a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast with a view…loved it. Then you have nature at its best, while you dine you will have visitors of a different kind, not humans though, but sparrows who are so bold and friendly like the Mauritians that they feed off your hands. The croissants are freshly prepared every morning and I kid you not, they are the best I have ever had. Thanks to Sara and Vania, they need and award for making thr best croissants.
The place on the whole is in need of a face lift. The furniture in the restaurant is pretty dated. It definitely is in need of a new baby chair though. The breakfast is nice but it was the same everyday. Could do with a change. They could introduce a kids play area given the space that is available.

The hotel is located right on the beach and it has a beautiful garden. We loved that there are sun beds and umbrellas right on the beach and not only at the pool.
One person in particular made our stay very pleasant - the restaurant manager Dev, who made sure we are served food which agrees with our stomachs and his professionalism and politeness is unparalleled!
We liked almost everything, and also all members of staff (with small exceptions) are genuinely nice people.
What could be better is the breakfast buffet to be promptly refilled with fresh fruits which are the first to finish and sometimes don’t get replaced. Also the chairs in the restaurant can be thoroughly cleaned as they are stained. Despite of that it wasn’t unpleasant to sit on them, because the view from the restaurant is breathtaking.

The staff were mist friendly ,big rooms and close to the beach!
They said they would do a buffet but we were offered a 3 course dinner instead which is fine seeing the hotel was only 25% full
4.1
Water was too costly. Even with meals, water was not included.
Water part I didn't like.
4.1
Everything and everyone working there was so friendly and helpful
I just think more variety for breakfast, it does get a bit boring, having to eat the same things every day.
4.1
The staff were very helpful, going out if their way to arrange for useful tourist related stuff ...
4.1
N/A did not stay long enough to experience
4.1
Location, pool
Breakfast was very poor, if you go a little later a lot of food runs out, which is not replaced
4.1
We were on half board. Food was nice and there were quite a few non-residents guests who came for dinner, showing that the restaurant is of good quality.
Bathroom is too small for 3 adults.
Breakfast buffet and breakfast sitting area are not on the same floor: so you need to help yourself on one floor and then walk downstairs with your tray/plates to enjoy it with the sea view
The exit from the parking is a bit dangerous as you can’t see the cars unless your car is already a bit engaged on the road: a mirror on the opposite side on the road would make this exit more safe
4.1
The room was large, comfortable bed with choice of pillows and powerful air conditioner. Upstairs unit with sea and pool views. Easy access to beach. Excellent WiFi throughout the resort. Room was always clean. The location is perfect, a few Kms from Grand Baie, Perey Bere & Trou Aux Biches. Easy access to bus stop and private taxis. Jean Marie (operations manager) was friendly, chatted a lot, very informative and was most helpful. The restaurant staff, Preethi & Sarah, served you with a smile. Ashwin, the barman, was friendly and came to bid us farewell. The night Watchman, Ankieth, was always on surveillance and welcoming. Rajen, the chef, provided exceptional French cuisine. He made an exceptional effort to provide vegetarian meals.
The reception on arrival was not welcoming. The lady did not greet nor was she very informative about what the resort offered. Drinks (water & cooldrinks) are extremely expensive. The prices are 9x supermarket prices. Hotels close by are 5x supermarket prices (more reasonable). On checkout, we were informed that Bookings.Com did not pay them. I sent Jean Marie credit card proof of payment as well as a receipt of payment from Bookings.com dated 17 March. On check-in, booking confirmation and proof of payment was handed to the inefficient receptionist. We did not like the billing staff coming to our room and harassing us for payment as if we were going to abscond. Jean Marie handled the situation very professionally and undertook to sort the payment issue out. Limited entertainment.

Great location next to Mont Choisy beach. A lovely walk (about 3km) along the beach to the town, the bakery and coffee shop.
The family room have two bedrooms and sleeps 5, with a separate dressing room.

Palm trees everywhere
once I reserved a table for lounch, and they could not take my order, becouse to much guest came
it was disappointing
4.1
The room was comfortable, we also had air conditioning which helped us to sleep.
There was no soap for hand washing, we also found the buffet inadequate regarding choice.
4.1
Really nice garden, with nice pool and the greenery.
Very good dinner, bit expensive in comparison to other restaurants in the town, but totally worth it. The dinner staff was also really nice and helpful.
Food quality at breakfast was pretty good.
Location is good, close to both beaches (south and north one). You have to walk a bit, but no longer than 5-10 min which was fine for us.
If you have a car, parking is ok, we always found a free spot.
Very bad welcome and bad service throughout our stay. Poor management and no care for the guest. General feeling during the stay is that the organisation is falling apart and that nobody really cares that you are there, that you are the guest and that you came there to relax and have a nice time.
Shortly, we wouldn't recommend this place.
For those who want to know why our rating is so bad - the details are below.
Welcome and check in/out: poor.
On our first day the reception girl just led us into the room and said "I'll give you more information tomorrow." But never did. We weren't even properly checked in the first day. The check in was made at our request on the 4th day.
Our last day: the same girl (who ignored us during our whole stay) came during breakfast with the POS machine to charge us the rest of the bill. Never ever during my travels has this happened to me. I' eating my breakfast and the girl comes with the bill. Very very impolite. We asked to pay the bill at the reception desk after we leave the room. She nodded and left.
After breakfast we went to our room to pack - here she is again with her POS machine, came straight to our room. Unbelievable! We felt as thieves. The message was - we want to charge you before you even get the chance to leave the room. Do you do this to all guests? If yes, I don't understand where the 8,6 rating comes from.
Staff: inexperienced
In general polite, but has no clue how to do their job. The purpose of the service they provide is mostly unknown to them.
Restaurant staff during dinner was much better. And there was one very polite and helpful girl during breakfast. But that's it.
Reception girl was very impolite and uninterested.
During our whole stay, nobody asked us if we need anything, if everything is ok etc. They didn't even offer us any drinks or food while we were in the pool/bar area.
4.1
The location and the dinner.
The breakfast did not have so variety of food.

The hotel is located very close to a big public beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very comfortable for family stay. All the staffs are polite and friendly. Ms. Yogini, Sooman and Mr. Keenu helped us throughout our stay. They helped us make our holiday memorable. Apart from them all the housekeeping and restaurant staffs were also very good. There’s a nice garden area with so many trees and birds for kids to enjoy and relax. I would recommend the property for long stays with family.

the food (big breakfast and perfect tasting dinner made with love)was brilliant, Sunjay and his Team did a wonderful job, the room was very big with a nice terrace and a fridge for cold drinks. The hotel and the garden look very nice. Two Whirlpools are available (good to relax after a day in the sun) The whole stuff was very friendly. It has a nice restaurant with seabird. I like it because it is not so big.
For the money you got a great deal.
4.1
The sea view from Rm 105 - family size. The hot tub facilities and listening to waves from balcony. Good shower with enough power.
Breakfast simple but nice with fresh baked pastry, baguettes and local snack gateaux piment
Balcony chairs with metal back rest not comfortable.
4.1
pool was good.
beach, need to walk for 8 to 10 mins to get to the beach.
Was o.k.
Uniform- Morning breakfast staffs - a decent uniform will be nice to give value to the hotel.

Beautiful poll area, nice view from the restaurant, spacious rooms.
4.1
The location: beachfront. On the beautiful Mont Choisy Beach. Very serene.
The staff: accomodative n friendly.
Facilities: I loved my room. They have Jacuzzis and a swimming pool.
The space has lots of trees, and flowers so a great feeling if you love nature. I loved hanging out with the birds at breakfast.
This is not necessarily about the hotel, but more like the regions - being a vegetarian, my menu was very limited. That said, the chef really tried to accommodate me which was great.
