The accommodations were great! The house was warm and inviting. It looks like the pictures and my family and friends enjoyed it. The only caution is the road to the cabin. It’s very narrow, the turn is narrow. It definitely doesn’t feel like a 2 way road and there aren’t guard rails. I recommend arriving during the day to get the lay of the land. The property was beautiful and worked for what we needed! I even had to message our hosts while there and got a quick response.

This was the perfect house for our group! We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and this home provided just the right number of beds, bathrooms, and space to spread out. We loved the game room downstairs, the back porch with the hot tub and the most incredible view, and the firepit for s'mores. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and the basics, the laundry room was well used over the course of the week, and we enjoyed having reliable internet and television access. We'll definitely be returning the next time we are visiting the NC mountains!

The cabin was perfect, about 5-7 min from main road. Hot tub, pool table, patio were great. Did not use the firepit. Living room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. Kitchen included a Keureg coffee maker.

Most of our life’s have been spent in the summers of Western Nc. The kids wanted to take a graduation trip with a few friends back up to the mountains because they love it there and also cause these particular friends have never gone to the mountains. It was perfect. We did white water rafting, tubing, and some shopping which all are very close by. Day trip to Asheville and the Pisgah Inn. We cooked a majority of the time, but there are several good restaurants. Cabin had all the necessities. Beds are very comfortable. You do not need a 4x4 to get to cabin. We would go back in a heartbeat. Everyone was very very easy to work with. We will be back! Thanks! .

Stayed for a girls week end in June. Agree the drive up to the cabin would require 4 wheel drive if there was any inclement weather. The view was worth the drive. The parking at the cabin is flat and plenty of room to turn around. We utilized the firepit and loved the hot tub. Clean and spacious. Would rent again and recommend to friends

This was the best cabin our family has stayed in. We travel a lot, and this house was very clean, well equipped, and had everything to offer for a family of 6. My son proaposed to his girlfriend and we celebrated mother's day. The view is amazing. You feel like you are in the clouds. We enjoyed horseback riding near by and did some shopping. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hist is extremely gracious. We will return!

Overall I loved this property. Everything was as described in the listing and it was a cozy escape that gave you the feeling of seclusion despite having a neighbor within 100meters. most notably, the property managers were very responsive to all of my inquires before the trip which was greatly appreciated. Well DONE!
the only downside, which had nothing to do with the property or management team, was that the access road transition to the gravel driveway was a significant challenge on a large motorcycle. I would probably not recommend this property to groups on touring motorcycles. I managed it several times each day but it was not fun and if you had more than one or two bikes, they would be very difficult to turn around in the gravel driveway.

Overall, the house is well maintained. Finding it is a little bit difficult, but not unmanageable during the day. Close proximity to skiing and town.
This is the first property I have stayed at that requested you take the trash with you or leave $5 per bag of trash. They leave instructions for the nearest two dumps, but both are closed on Sunday which didn't leave much choice. I would prefer they just add another $10 or $20 to the daily rate and deal with trash bags as a part of the cleaning fee. This along with properties charging cleaning fees AND leaving a list of cleaning tasks is getting to be too much (not something unique to this property).

Beautiful home with gorgeous view out the A frame mountain facing windows, very clean, hot tub was great. We would stay here in again spring through fall but never in the winter.
We went January 20th. There was about 6" of snow. The owner was very polite to notify us in advance of this and how it can be difficult to get to the house. Yes there are notes in the listing about this, but I don't think they do it justice. We were advised there was a tight turn up an icy road to get to the house and someone a few days earlier slid down that road and hit the concrete post. That comment was enough for one of the couples to not come. Another couple had a F250 FX4. They could barely make the nearly hairpin turn to head up Conley Rd because their wheel base was so large. They then slid into the ditch, broke a side mirror, dented a door in two spots. I was in a Jeep Wrangler. We barely made it up the hill after trying multiple times, then the road to the house after that is pretty narrow one lane road next to a cliff. Needless to say it was quite scary. We ended up having to shuttle the family that was in the truck to the house, they parked at a church. We limited leaving the house to what we needed to do and canceled our dinner plans in town. It's hard for me to leave a bad review because the house overall was fantastic, and I realize the owners have no control over the weather. I just think guests need to know up front what they are getting into.

Our family had a great time. The cabin, its view, and location were as expected. Communication with property manager was fast and easy. We even were able to check-in much earlier as we left Florida the day before in anticipation of heavy traffic in Atlanta.

Just wonderful. The house was clean and had amazing views.
Nothing better then sitting in the hot tub and relaxing while taking in the amazing view.
Highly recommend

Pros: Well needed trip with parents and sister. Loved the 3 bedrooms being on different floors. Gave us all personal space. Hot tub at night gazing at stars was great. Our elderly parents had the main floor with only 2 steps to enter and a walk in shower with a seat. This was perfect. Plenty of towels and washcloths was a plus. They also had a gate and water bowl on the deck for a pup if needed. Full size coffee pot and ice maker in door. Never ran out of hot water. Firewood that could be cut and used out back. We found elk tracks crossing the drive and on the last night hear one bugling down the mountain. Best time to see elk is as the sun rises and around 7pm. They can be found walking in open yards and fields. It was a wonderful trip and would recommend.
Cons: We all have them and it was clearly stated what we needed to bring particular items. However… a starter kit would have been exceptional. There isn’t anything left from others or the host as far as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing soap, sponge for dishes, bath soap/ shampoos, hand soap, no house cleaning products, nothing to clean the ashes from grill or fireplace.
Also be prepared to strip your beds and start a load of towels and dishes. It is not written as a suggestion. We felt obligated.
With that said the pros far outweigh the cons and would love to go back. Just notes to be prepared before arrival because the closest real grocery store is about 25 minutes away.

We had a wonderful time at Autumn Falls. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 3 dogs. Enjoyed the views, hot tub and game room. The Cabin was Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty to do without internet and phone service. Great location! Easy to get to. We will be back.

The description of the house, property and driveway was very accurate. The house was tucked away in a quiet area and in the evenings all we could hear was water rushing below us from the river. It was very relaxing. The driveway turn was not easy to navigate in a suburban, but we didn't mind however, I can understand the warning during snow and ice. We saw bunnies everyday and took pics of beautiful flowers in the area. The foliage was lush since it had been raining a lot.
The cabin was beautiful and clean. We didn't use the hot tub so I don't have a review for that. The beds were comfy and overall there was lots of room for our 3 teens to spread out and have their own space.
Overall, a very lovely property.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing. We saw elk almost everyday. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Limited internet connection but that’s ok, it gave us time to unplug and play games as a family.

This property is perfect! The view of the mountains is fantastic and all the extra perks of the property such as the hot tub and pool table make it that much better. The only negative for me was the driveway - it was a little steep, but how else can you get those views without the climb?!?

The cabin was amazing and welcoming with so many things to do inside and out. We walked the road, played pool/ checkers/ puzzles that were provided, enjoyed the hot tub, and had a bonfire. Yes, bring your own toilet paper and it's better advised to not drive a full size 4x4 truck unless your a master hairpin driver lol. Property is awesome and locals were very nice. We saw elk up the road from the cabin and wonderful views! Thank you for having us!

The cabin was quaint, very clean and perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We had everything we needed and we had a wonderful week making great family memories over the holidays. Our only challenge was the weather when we arrived (negative degrees and icy roads). We could not get to the cabin in our 4-wheel drive dually. We had to leave our vehicles at the bottom of the hill in someone else’s driveway. Someone was sent to service the road but he showed up later than expected and advised there was no salt anywhere to be found so we paid him to haul our belongings to the cabin after our fit kids walked items up the very steep and dangerous icy road. It was a very stressful night after a long days drive.
Please know we don’t blame anyone for the weather and once we got past that night, we had a great time and would recommend this property. The owner even brought us wood the next day as it was going to be a very unusually cold week.

We had a great time at this cabin. Nice private location up the mountain. We had 2 service dogs and they may have had a better time than us. We saw plenty of elk driving up the mountain towards the cabin. Overall we had a great family vacation. Maggie Valley is awesome!

Peaceful area and an inviting home!
We enjoyed the cozy home, the view, hikes down the roads and the Elk on the main road. A bit out of town but, a pretty scenic road back in to Maggie Valley.
The home is nicely appointed. Pet friendly, pool table, hot tub and everything you need for a nice vacation!
A few things could make it feel safer ...
1. A gate on the porch, since it is pet friendly. We rigged up a blockade so our dogs could walk freely out there when we were out there
2. An outdoor light shining on back driveway/wall area. It's really dark back there and kinda scary for taking the dogs out to potty in the dark. As we parked in front by the porch.
3. A safety bar/latch on the entry door and basement door like the patio door has. I got nervous when heard of a bear in a Gatlinburg rental. To be clear- There was NO bear seen or heard at this cabin!! I just got spooked as we are from the beach, were there is no wildlife.
Thanks for a comfortable cabin to relax and re-energize in!
We would stay here again!
Lots of room for multi family or friends vacation.
