Un hotel que cumple con lo que promete

La ubicación, la limpieza, el estado de la piscina, buen desayuno y atención muy amable de su personal. El departamento tiene de todo, es cómodo, amplio y el aire funciona perfectamente. Salimos muy gratos del alojamiento

La ubicación, las instalaciones pero sobre todo la amabilidad de la anfitriona de la recepción. Que mujer para más cálida y sangre liviana

De lo único que podría no quejarme pero si sugerir es que inviertan en un restaurante con platos a la carta. Les iría fenomenal

Enjoyed our visit to Las Terrenas. I was somewhat limited by my own non-proficiency with Spanish.

Room was great, daily cleaned and swept.

Didn't like the staff shutting down my request to allow my 4-yr old grandchild to also swim in the pool. It forced us to always go to their condo to swim with him, our daughter and son-in-law. It seemed such a small request which would have given him immense joy at no cost to the hotel or staff.

Proximité des restaurants et commerces de Las Terrenas Apparemment bien équipé et propre Proximité d’une station de taxi pratique pour se déplacer facilement vers d’autres points de la presqu’île de Samaná Personnel aimable Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu

Petit problème de chasse d’eau dans la chambre de l’étage Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.

pulito, curato, ottima posizione, parcheggio comodissimo, camera spaziosa, piscina pulitissima, personale gentile! Nel bagno c’è anche il bidè!:)

Great hotel in ideal locaton

Huge pool, and close to the sea. Very spacious room, especially the covered terrace. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast overlooking the sea with lots of fruit and good choices! Eg pancakes! We found some of the best souvenir shops in DR in this town!

WiFi was a bit annoying - slow. Also found sunbeds uncomfortable.

great location across from las terrenas beach and a short 7min walk to popy beach. hotel was also located next to a lot of dance clubs at night.

everything was perfect… just wish the shower water would remain hot for longer than ten min. it was a bit cold during my stay and it would’ve been nice to warm me up!

The location, it was very clean, the breakfast was good.

They interrupted our cooking time complaining about loud music. It was December 30th before 9pm. I received a text message from the reception asking to low the volume of the music. I replied the quiet time was at 11pm it was posted along all the apt. Rules. Also we were cooking dinner together chatting and listening to music from my niece speaker. We didn't bring a big speaker to have loud music. They said that someone complained. We spent close to thousand dollars to have fun with the family. The kids were playing cards , adults in the kitchen cooking and playing everyone favorite's song and talking about memories. How loud the music could be to be able to do that. It was the end of the year. Other apartments had music too. They should be mindful before sending messages when they posted specific quiet time. I play by the rules, that's the first thing I check every where I go. That's why I was so disappointed. The staff admitted that the music wasn't loud but some guests don't like it. They also mentioned an eco problem in the building. They totally ruined our moment. We turned off the music but my brother in law was mad about how ridiculous the situation was. We spent crazy money for that trip, flight tickets, transportation, hotel. And around 8:40pm they interrupt us for nothing. That place it's not for vacation is more like a retreat. I won't ever return.

Excellent 3 day stay in this family friendly hotel. Exactly what we wanted.

Breakfast times were generous. 7:30 through 11am. Staff and service of freshly made eggs or pancakes was quick and efficient. And fresh cakes every morning!

Do not forget earplugs!

Breakfast was good, the nearby beach is nice. there was a water dispenser in the kitchen. equipment of the kitchen was good.

Air conditioning only in the bedroom. the bed cracks with every movement. the mattress sags. there is no real wall from the "living room" to the terrace. The rooms offer no noise protection (against loud music of the locals, noisy guests at the pool until late at night, parties in the surrounding hotels until late at night, traffic....).security doesn't care that people are still making noise after 10 o'clock. the pool was full of adults drinking gallons of alcoholic beverages. hopefully they had a good bladder.
