From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to assist set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel's location near the sea was a dream come true. Within a short walk, I found myself enjoying the soothing sounds of the waves and feeling the gentle sea breeze on my face. It was an absolute delight to have such easy access to the beach, making my vacation truly relaxing and rejuvenating.

I liked everything, but the main highlight is the homely hospitality and sincerity! All employees are very friendly and the hotel has an atmosphere of close friends, where everyone is ready to help and be useful in everything. In addition, the hotel regularly hosts themed parties where the management communicates and gets to know the guests and treats them. I recommend everyone to come here and personally feel the wonderful atmosphere of this place!

It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach!

I left like the beds were uncomfy and could have been updated for almost 300 euros for only 2 nights

Friendly, homey and near the beach

Staff is wonderful. They are very attentive to your needs during your stay. The place feels very Italian homey. Good breakfast buffet. Great location- one block away from the main beaches. Private bathroom is clean with shampoo and body soap. They have a kitchen on site for lunch and dinner with extra fee. Very convenient if you can’t find a place to eat on Saturday nights.

Very clean, excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend this hotel and if we stay in Viareggi

Location was perfect and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of variation and changed most days for different choices.

Bathroom was quite small, however this is a minor point and take in mind that I am 1.90 metres tall.

Extraordinary breakfast with daily changing variety and lots of cake. Very friendly and helpful staff and just in general would totally recommend. I'll for sure stay there again next time I am visiting Viareggio!

Lovely hotel so close to the beach!

Lovely room with a balcony, great air conditioning. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Lovely setting and surroundings, very pretty. Great location - just a short walk to the beach!

Lack of plug sockets in our room for charging devices. We had to use the one in the bathroom.

Wonderful location, really nice hotel with great breakfast. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, with the beach, shops, harbour a short walk away. We loved every minute of the holiday here!

Staff very friendly and helpful

No lift so we had to carry the luggage two flight of stairs. Mattress were a bit too hard.

Got the batteries recharged

Very welcoming and fiendly staff. Food variety at the breakfast was amazing. It's quite pleasant to have outside tables surrounded with various plants and chili pepper bushes. Coffee machine is classy and available 24/7, so we've enjoyed having a coffee on our small balcony. The beach is basically right around the corner and there is a good fish restraunt next door.

inter-room isolation could be better aka thin walls.

Excellent experience!

We really like to thank Andrea and his staff for their worm welcome and support during our short vacations, they really made us feel like if we were at home 🥰! Excellent bed, the best sleep we've had in a long time. Beautiful village and beach,we had a great time and we will be back soon, that's a promise 😉!

The location is brilliant , near beach clubs and restaurants, shopping promenade , where you can find all what you need. Beds are very comfortable. A special thanks to Andrea and Fabrizio for helping us with parking the car in the busy street , we think they can find a place even if guest arrived on helicopter :-); many thanks for delicious cakes baked by Fabrizio and sweet ladies serving guests in breakfast room . Wifi works perfect, train station at 20 minutes walk to get to Florence, Lucca and Pisa, bikes can be rented in the park nearby for little fee in several workshops.

Fantastic sea and Italian cuisine

This hotel has a big great story of the effort to keep this hotel in a great safe shape. Staff is really keen to help. Special thanks to portiere Francesco for suggestions on where to eat the best Fiorentina in Toscana!!!

One should ask for quite basic things like to clean AC filters however staff will do that on request

Very-very kind, friendly and helpfull staff, absolutely positive experience! Good location, great breakfast, good wifi, comfortable double bed, clean room. Perfect choice for a holiday!

Only one thing, the bath and the showe is realy small. Nothing else
