Absolutely nothing.
Dark location, no outdoor lighting, no parking. Outside Security door was left open.
2.3
Clean towels and bed sheets, clear instructions to enter inside.
Everything is ok

Asked to pay for parking during checkin, provided discount and then on the next day asked for full money and said discount is not possible.

The Apartment Studio is very cozy and have everything for a nice stay. Good bed, tv, kitchenette, bathroom. Easy checking and check out, cool personal and very kind. Good location; supermarkets, bars, restaurants near.
2.3
Nice place to stay.

Very easy to find, friendly person handing the keys and explaining how to get to the room and getting in. Also explained about the area, shopping options, how to get around in the city. Gave us a city map with explanations. Very helpful and professional.
Room was described as a non-smokers room. Smelled of old, stale smoke like indoor-smoking for years, not just a sneaky cigarette here and there. Room was clean other than that.
We were both disappointed by the smell and would've wanted to change the room but reception had closed already.
We thought the price per night wasn't justified for what we got in return.
2.3
The kitchen is minimal, but surely sufficient for a short stay, furnished and clean. The room is quite wide with a table, chairs, sofa, TV, and lots of space for clothes. Finally, the city center is close and easy to reach.
The room is not really clean. The WiFi is rather weak and sometimes it doesn't work at all. My main complaint is probably that the room had quite a bad smell. The price is probably a bit too much for what you get.

check in went smoothly. Receptionists were polite.
The room was filled with smoke. THis is because Wohnen has another name called boarding house. The boarders were from Eastern Europe and chained smoked outdoors on the warm night until midnight. The smoke infiltrated the room and my son and I were both coughing in the morning. The room was also shabby, the couch entirely stained, the room had no wastebasket, no soap, no TV and the Internet was non existent. Later I heard two stories. One is that the internet is broken and the other is that it has to be paid for at check-in. Boarding house is the correct name. I left in the morning.
2.3
Very easy to check-in and out. Good location, with a great view of the mountains right outside my door. Close to shops. Spacious room.
Bed sheets were a little dirty. Also no Wifi.
2.3
Close to store and bus
The room looked nothing like the pictures, smelled bad, hadn’t been cleaned when we got there
2.3
Proximity to the centre.
Located near to the junction and MacDonald's. Very noisy.

The room was in an industrial area, on the main road, very noisy, in a dilapidated
apartment building that felt dogy. The room itself was filled with very old furniture and the bathroom was a plastic cube with a shower and tower sharing the same plastic floor. I was also asked to pay extra as I wanted the room for 2 people, which led to the cost of 100 euros. Completely crazy price for the room and the area! We would have been a lot better in a hostel. We ended up rebooking in another hotel as we felt so uncomfortable! I'd ask for a refund if there was any ground for it. I've lost 100 euros...

Friendly receptionists. Good public transportation. You have everything what you basically need. Shopping nearby. Wi Fi at nearby McDonald.
Old cigarette stubs smell, dirt in lobby, elevator. One small shampoo for a week. No internet.
2.3
Big and central apartment, which had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too. Staff was friendly, although lacking in English.
Got told to leave the apartment within 10 minutes, which was about an hour before our check-out time because someone else was waiting for our room.

Location
At this price and this time of the year 2022 a property can't be without internet. It was really shocking that they didn't had any internet at all.

located close to the river and the grocery store. spacious room. teapot and coffee machine. helpful stuff at the registration desk.
There is NO name “Wohnen in Innsbruck” at all at the building which makes it very hard to find it.
it took us about an hour to check in! We got no explanation why is not the hotel titled the same as in Booking com and why it has a completely different name.
Pretty much nobody speaks English.
There are many smoking people and they smoke right under your windows. A LOT of smoking around. overall the place is not renovated and shabby.
the sink and the shower were clogged.
tv was not working.
smell in the rooms.
complicated system of room heating.
wi-fi is not free for everyone and is very unstable. it does not allow 2 people to use it simultaneously.
no breakfast.

very dirty. the location is also very bad. police told us that the building is known for prostitution and drugs and that we should leave

Location is excellent with full mountain view and located next to the river .Balcony was very good . Reception staff was very cooperative and friendly.
Shower on the first floor was very bad unclean. No soaps were provided.
2.3
The location was very good, for my need at the time. It was clean. The price was ok, although - it shouldn't even be higher for what it is.
Except the automatic confirmation from Booking.com, there was absolutely no other communication. Some welcome email, with explanations and such, are usually a nice touch, that doesn't cost anything. NO WIFI - or at least no one mentioned it to me.
The apartment was bare basics, regarding the equipment and amenities. I recommend only for very short term stays. There wasn't even a hair drier, and I really needed it in the morning. Only one pillow was prepared, and I find it very difficult to sleep with one pillow only. Next day I saw that there was additional pillow and duvet in the closet, but no pillow covers. The passcode door lock to enter the apartment was very troublesome and slow in reaction. It made me look like a burglar, standing in front of the door and trying to get in, for few minutes.

It is very fine apt, but avoid the ground floor'
