limited dinner menu choice and same for room service

location just on the slopes, good spa, delicious restaurant and tasty coffee)
1.0
The location was the only pro. The rooms are good sized but very poorly kept.
The most unhelpful staff. They tend to say “No” to any question or request you may have.

the location is great, real ski in/ ski out. the staff very friendly, room spacious and clean, we enjoyed pool and sauna after ski
food is not very good, we took half board but then canceled it, since they give you only one option , there is no selection, for breakfast there is no omelettes or anything like this , just cold cuts, cheese, croisants, they give you cheap coffee and if you want capuchino you need to pay extra. so we canceled breakfast too since for 20$ per day per pes, we better buy staff at the store and have breakfast in the room

The room was lovely - a very good size for a ski resort and nicely appointed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The location was also very good and we enjoyed the spa facilities. The standard of cleanliness was also very high and the staff generally were very helpful and friendly.
The restaurant was OK - busy, and with a bit of a wait. We only ate there once and the nearby French restaurant (La Marmite I think it was) offered a better dining experience all round.
The bed! Very surprised at how hard it was ... and I usually like a firm mattress! It was a shame as the rest of the room was so lovely.

Fantastic stay at great hotel, arrived at 3am in the morning, very warm welcome from the reception. Rooms / suites were brilliant with hallway and two bunk beds, sitting room / kitchen and huge balcony with king size bed in main bedroom. Use of fridge, kettle and microwave without paying apartment rates. Final day we checked out at 11. Alice was on reception and she couldn’t have been more accommodating from interacting with the children, arranging one late checkout for our group of 3 rooms, and just general hospitable. All in all great value, fantastic location with genuine ski in ski out and brilliantly welcoming staff throughout the hotel.
Nothing.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. The Spa/swimming pool is fun, the kids had a lot of fun. Diner was decent.
The restaurant workers seemed heavily overworked and tired. This made them a bit grumpy. Also the room ( we had suite) is build in the 'French way', which means that the appartment is build in a non sensical manner: doors open in wrong direction that block everything. There are not enough places to store your jackets or clothes. It basically has not been thought trough. Some changes would made the appartment much better usuable and nice to stay in.
3.5
The location was great for ski in and out and ski storage was good. The spa was nice with pool, sauna and steam room. The staff were very friendly. Views from hotel balcony and windows all looked out on to the mountains.
I was surprised that breakfast was not included and at 19 euro per person we decided to get breakfast in the local restaurants. Other than that it was a great stay.

Apartment was perfect for 5 adults, beds comfy, location great.
Pool and spa facilities welcome after a day on the slopes but could be busy
We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as at E19 a head was very expensive - disproprtionally so compared to an evening meal. A breakfast deal would have been welcome!
4.5
The location the facilities and great service.

great spa, great food, very friendly staff

True "ski-in, ski-out" with secure lockers given to each room for their equipment.
Very close to the village. Excellent location.
The restaurant was very good.
The spa and sauna facilities were very small. Too many guests jostling for the same facilities.
