A nice apartment with a lovely pool area. It is about a 20 minute walk from Poros port and all of the shops and restaurants. There are also nice beaches within walking distance. Next door there are very reasonable priced quad bikes and mopeds that can be hired for the day a great way of seeing the rest of the island.
The kitchen was pretty basic but suited our needs, that said they were in the process of refurbishing and decorating some of the other apartments.

The room was truly beautiful, offering a delightful view of the sea. We had a terrace, allowing us to dine there and relish the scenic panorama. Additionally, the furniture and the overall ambiance of the room were wonderfully romantic and cozy. If you're seeking an experience like this, I highly recommend it!
We were there in winter, so the pool was unusable, but that's what we expected.

Loved everything about nikis village. We were sad to leave. We felt we had best apartment with separate bedroom, pool side and sea view ! This place will be on our list to return to. Easy stroll into poros and two restaurants nearby, llus poolside bar on site.

The view from our room was wonderful.
The street is not very safe to walk on as there are no sidewalks. The hotel, both the common area and the rooms and especially the kitchenettes were not well-cleaned.

Great location, very easy to get around. The garden is beautiful and blossoming.
The nice people running the place really made the experience special.
The pool is awesome.
Great breakfast, nice lunches at the bar.
Cleaning could be better. Rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, only trash bins were emptied

Georgia, Maria and their team always had a smile and were always there to help. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Family oriented hotel. No yahoos. Breakfast got €7 was a winner. Excellent Ice Lattes, double Greek coffees, G&Ts and Greek beer all at friendly prices.
Value for money.
Great location.
Great views.
5 minutes by cab to the heart of Poros.
Nice beaches very close by.
Couple of good tavernas nearby.
The gardens were a pleasant surprise.
The kitchen shut at 6pm but you could always get drinks till later. Restaurants just down the road.
They did offer a very reasonably priced laundering service, but it would have been good to have a couple of washing machines. Weather was super hot so everything dried pretty quick.

I advice nobody visit this place the attitude of the management towards guests is only to get your money without providing any service, very unfriendly, they spoiled our mood and day.
the people and the orders they get from the management of the hotel, don't suit with traditional Greek hospitality, very negative.

What a lovely, relaxed place! Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful, particularly Maria and Georgia.
The superior one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with the most comfortable super king size bed.
Good breakfast at a very reasonable price.
Within walking distance to a few nice beaches.
We would definitely come back!

Great location between beaches. Pool was lovely and the staff were nice as well. Buffet breakfast was great as well.
Room photos online were poolside and bright. We had a room on ground floor which was dark and further back from the pool. Room only have very basic facilities (no microwave etc) and our shower didn’t drain as it seemed to be clogged.

lovely family run facility. beautifully maintained pretty gardens and excellent pool with quality sun beds breakfast on the terrace was excellent with stunning views over the bay staff so accommodating and friendly good local restaurant and cafe within two minutes walk lovely beach within five minutes walk that also has sun beds and the exceptional Kanali Beach Bar for snacks and wonderful dining out.
our room was in the corner of the complex which meant our balcony was very close to those next door on both sides therefore no privacy if balcony doors were open as our neighbours could see straight into our room from their balcony.

The room was comfortable and at a great location! The staff was very welcoming and helpful!

1.The view, The view and The view!!! I highly recommend C4 room for everyone, it’s 5 mins walking to beach for sunrise is fantastic.
2.Staff is very nice and helpful, they can help to book ferry ticket between islands. ( And other tours) since they have a tour company.

Our hostess Niki was very helpful. We travelled here in Winter, just after Christmas, so it was out of season holiday time. Inspite of this, some restaurants were open, but many shops were closed.
Our room was very nice. Sea View was amazing. Idyllic place to relax. Reasonably priced.
We also took a ferry to Hydra island from here....so Poros also serves as a base to visit other interesting places.

Island itself, very friendly and nice owner ;) despite that our visit was out of high season everything was in great condition. If we will come back to Poros will come back to Nikis Village

Facilities at Nikis suited us. Rooms open onto gardens, balconies or terraces directly overlooking the sea, town across the water, and the hills of the mainland beyond. Very picturesque. Great pool area and gardens with bar terrace where breakfast (extra) was served. Throughout the day you could enjoy limited but tasty and generous portions of bar fare, cocktails, etc. Maria and staff at the bar made us feel welcome and 'at home'. Thanks Maria!! Located slightly out of town it is so very peaceful. Walking distance to two beaches with many further beaches located around coast if you have transport. Local taxis also drop off and pick up at beaches. Several very good waterside restaurants situated 3-7 min walk. 20 min stroll to the pleasantly busy town and port where you have a great selection of restaurants and bars with great food options. Due to large volume of yachts visiting there is an elevated service-offering in many of the seafront restaurants and bars. Prices vary accordingly but still good value for money. Nice level of busy. We found it safe to walk home even later at night. Nice adult crowd in Sept/Oct.
While beds were made up daily and sheets changed frequently it was unclear when towels would be changed. Showers are compact and partially open so bathroom floors get sopping wet. Despite this bathmats were not changed daily and only after I requested. Showerooms did not seem to be cleaned during stay. Toilets needed bleached and thoroughly cleaned before arrival. Kitchen area very dated so does not look pristine. Had to wash dishes and cutlery before using as they looked greasy. Sofa covers stained and did not look fresh. No insect screens on doors or windows so if you wanted fresh air beware of mosquitos. Despite these comments I still enjoyed my stay. Would be helpful if they clarify what room service to expect and what might be extra.

Exceptional view to Poros. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed. The pool is a huge plus especially if you don't want the hustle with getting to the beach.
The WiFi is very weak in B8 room. Breakfast is average good and the closest (3-4 mins on foot) beaches are not so special.

Very nice property and location. It is walking distance to town. The area has nice restaurants, but the main area is only 5 to p10 minutes walk to more options. The property was well manicured, very clean, and up to date. The view is beautiful either pool side (marina) or the mountain (gardens). The staff went out of their way to help and assist. The rooms were comfortable and large. We are planning in staying in this hotel in the future.
The wifi was not functioning in the garden side of the room.

We had a lovely first floor studio with a great view over the pool and across the bay. It's an aparthotel so we didn't expect room to be serviced much over the 5 days we were there, but they came every day to change bins, check towels and toilet rolls etc. We had basic cooking facilities but never used them, hotel breakfast was fantastic with fresh juices and fruits, cereals, hot food choices, meats and cheese, breads and pastries and more, all for €7 which is just amazing value. Staff were super-friendly and helpful especially Maria who looked after taxi and restaurant bookings (we were a family group of 10), and best of all found me an ophthalmologist when I had an eye problem, which was a life-saver. Bar and bar-food prices were exceptionally good value for a hotel. Overall highly recommended.
Beaches only 10 minutes walk away but at 30+ degree heat even that was a challenge and not really worth it as they are stony and largely crowded with rental beach-beds. Not a problem, we just stayed by the pool. There are some interesting things to see/do on the island but we were too hot to do them, mid-July probably not the best time, would like to go back in May or September.
