Affordable comfortable stay

Conveniently located. Though the exterior of the hotel looks abit run down but interior is newly renovated and pleasant. Toilet facilities were great and even had a hair dryer, which I really appreciated. Great breakfast spread and food was good.

Lacks parking, had to do roadside parking but plus point is, parking is free from 5/6pm to 8am. No electric kettle, tea bags, sugar etc. Room size is small and did not have a table.

Exceptional

The hotel looks a bit ordinary from the outside, but once you get in, it is quite OK. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and just renovated. The mattress of the beds are the best, so we had a perfect sleep.

Rooms were nice and big. Good beds. Staff were frendly. Breakfast was great.

Some renovation work early in the morning. First night upstairs teenages neigbours were loudy. View was poor.

Enjoyed so returned.

Staff were again friendly and helpful. Breakfast brilliant as ever. Clean WiFi free. TV including netflix. Washer and dryer. Offered us a choice of rooms to accommodate our personal request. Communicated with us via this app prior to arrival re request.

Knew what to expect and so it met expectations.

Overprized

Dogs were were allowed.

It was a bit untidy and there was really bad smell of old cigarettes especially in the lobby area. Overpriced compairing of overall experience.

Could have done bether with our room...

The location is good, close to the city-center. The staff is very helpful and kind, always with a smile. The breakfast has a good selection of food and drinks.

The room was not at all like the pictures on the Hotels webside or at booking.com. We got a crampt room with floor carpet, not at all newly renovated as they advertise on the webside. The bathroom was just like those you see in institutions, in fact we got a handicap room. Anyway, the bathroom was quite large ;)

Nice and clean room. In the center of Finnsnes, close to everything.

No restaurant and limited facilities.

Nice shower and clean room.

Parking was far away on the other side of the building if there is space. We found a spot. We were not able to figure out how the lock of our door was working. Sometimes you needed your key to lock it and sometimes you didnt. Just make sure it is locked.
