Me encantó la ubicación, las instalaciones y sobre todo el personal del hotel, nos atendió Rodrigo y fue súper amable, atento, nos atendió increíble! Todo el personal súper bien! Un placer habernos quedado ahí! Súper recomendado

Tuvimos que irnos. Era insoportable el calor. A la ducha rota se le sumó una cucaracha en el cuarto

La atención del personal bien, con buena intención pero no pudiero resolver el problema de contar con un sólo aire portátil para el departamento que no lo deja habitable, no se podía estar del calor. Para usar el aire además era necesario dejar abierta la ventana con un caño para afuera.

La falta de aire acondicionado como se describe. La ducha estaba rota la fijación a la pared. Apareció una cucaracha en el cuarto. Aguantamos sólo un día de los tres.

Genial, repetiría 100%

Estaba a 3 pasos de Cala Major y a 10 minutos de Palma y Magaluf, además en la calle de atrás había aparcamiento siempre y tenía muchos restaurantes y establecimientos cerca. El personal que nos atendió fue muy atento y muy simpático.

Faltaba el jacuzzi, que estaba en la azotea vacío, pero es entendible porque han cambiado de dueños y están poniéndolo a punto 😊 En mi habitación había algunas hormigas.

It didn't look anything like the photos, we had a broken window in the bathroom. Bathroom door got stuck and we had to call the staff to help us out of the bathroom. No heating, no blankets, beds were not very comfortable and overall we were not happy with the stay. The lounge downstairs looked nice, but they didn't have any drinks available, not even a coca cola in the bar. Would not recommend

Airport shuttle, swimming pool werent available even though it was in the offer. It was really cold and not clean as we expected.

Bike Storage Provided

The staff very kindly gave us secure bike storage in the service yard. So helpful. The shower was hot and we liked the soap pump dispensers, much better than tiny bars with loads of packaging that you normally get in budget hotels. Would definitely stay here again

Big room, good for family's with kids, close to the beach (5 min walking), swimming pool clean and nice, beds sun around verry comfortable, jacuzzi the best! Terrace on the roof amazing! Friendly staff 💙👌 had 7 relaxing nights on there! Thank you!

Our flight was canceled last minute in the early hours, we were panicking to find a room so early, but managed to book online and speak to Dora at reception. She was so helpful and kind. Greeted us with a smile and made us welcome. She was very understanding of our situation and allowed us to check in early as we were only in the room until the evening, If you want friendly service and value for money then I recommend this hotel.

The staff is super nice and helpful. The beach is close and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
