YOU CANT CONTROL THE FARTS IN THE DORMS I WISH PEOPLE WOULD TALK AND ASK KINDLY RATHER THAN COUGHING LOUDLY, IN THE DORMS MAYBE A BIGGER FREE LEFT OVER SOON GOING OUT OF DATE FOOD BOX IN THE LOVELY KITCHEN CORNER I HOPE YOU HAVE A MORE CENTRAL LOCATION OR A NUMBER 2 VERSION OF YOUR LOVELY HOSTEL

on main road with excellent bus access. Clean comfortable rooms. Clean bathrooms.

Laundry drying area needs more clotheslines/racks! Drawers for luggage were squeaky so a bit loud. Kitchen was quite dark. Location a little out of the way from main attractions in Palma, nearby stairs to boardwalk are quite sketchy.

The facilities and recommendations provided by the receptionists were fantastic.

I highly recommend this hostel. The place is quiet when it needs to be quiet and pleasant when it needs to be pleasant. The facilities and recommendations provided by the receptionists were fantastic. I would recommend this hostel to my friends and family.

Superb

Great place. Very clean. Comfortable. A beautiful terrace for relaxation. Good internet too. Excellent location.

The price. I think it's too expensive for a hostel. And I'm not the only one who thinks so. Many guests had the same comment.

Overpriced

Beautiful terrace and comfortable rooms.

Staff not attentive or welcoming, not a very social hostel. The showers have no privacy. The shared kitchen is tiny and not very practical.

clean room, friendly staff and affordable prices

rooms are clean and looks exact like on the pictures. staff are so kind and helpful. I didn’t use the kitchen and other facilities, however it’s looks complete: teapots, cutleries and etc. there is cafe on the ground floor where you can have pizza, snacks and some beverages. also across the street few cafes where you can have a food

shower it’s on the wall. and it’s no triton. so if you need wash your feet be ready have full shower. however it’s not a minus, it’s just a little uncomfortable thing;)

Bad

At night, when it is lightly raining outside and the receptionist mops the floor, they make you take off your shoes and walk on the wet floor in your socks. If you don't listen and explain to him that he must be crazy, he will call the police on you, who of course just make a fuss, wake up half the hostel floor and solve nothing, because the police can only deal with the damaged ego of the receptionist. The daily receptionist has a dog that defecates on the sun terrace, of course he doesn't clean up after the dog. He urinates in common areas, in corridors... In the showers, something that someone pulled out of their nose was strewn on the walls (not cleaned for three days)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a rooftop with tables and sofas.

The rooms are very small and crowded. The corridors are always dark. They do have some back lights on but it makes such a place without much natural light, even less comfortable. The kitchen is a little bit makeshift, very simple. But you can still cook if you want to.
