El hotel esta muy padre, la playa esta muy bonita.
La tele no servia y en el mar había muchas malaguas y pulgas marinas.

The location .
The staff was not very pleasant and helpful . The lines and bathroom were dirty . Rooms not sound proofed. We could hear the guests from the other rooms .

This resort is all about the location! What a lovely place to stay. Loreto will be in our hearts forever! If you love to golf, you will be overjoyed. We don't golf but still found so many things to explore! We hiked the giant rock and went for a long beach walk, kayaked and paddle boarded the calm inlet waters around the golf course. Visit the San Javier Mission an hour drive away...it's well worth it.
The free breakfast was basic. We were offered free buffet breakfasts at the Hyatt in La Paz, so we were disappointed that this resort wanted to "up-sale" the food on its menu. The servers wouldn't let us substitute any items, and every day, we found it confusing and awkward to order breakfast (e.g., we wanted eggs-over-hard yet got runny eggs all 3 days we ordered; we wanted bacon [tocino] instead of hot dogs and they said we would have to pay extra...we said we would pay and they didn't still didn't bring it to us). Lots of communication issues...

Wonderful location & friendly staff. We loved our room with a terrace & jacuzzi. Loreto is only 6 miles away. Nopolo is a charming community. The beach was so clean, peaceful & pretty!

The property is a five star location. You can’t beat the location.
The property is not well maintained. It’s not dirty but just very dated. There seemed to be very little staff and lots of confusion on how things were supposed to run. Very inconsistent. Most of the staff speak very little English so communicating is challenging. I guess to save money the hot tub needs to be turned on by staff, so you need to wait for it to warm up if you want to use it.

very nice bay and mountains around. restaurants for breakfast and dinner not bad, tasty food. we had room close to the ocean with 2 beds. it was comfortable. water pressure is very strong, seems like renovated, wi-fi from 50-300 mbps depending the area ( best in restaurant). very big territorial integrity I walk around
music in restaurant can be lower , coz no posible hear the see
all hotel a little bit old but cute

Best beach on the area
The staff are slow and terrible

Rooms are clean and A/C worked great.
The beach was beautiful!
The front desk was trying to tell us that they didn't have rooms with double beds like we had already booked. They were trying to get us to pay more for a "junior suite" which would have cost double of what we had already booked for. Front desk people not friendly at all.

I am traveling with a disabled companion and the staff were able to accommodate my needs without hesitation

The location and view is top notch
it was being renovated and noisy during the day. We struggled with the front desk getting us set up to charge food and drink to our room account. My travel partner got an electric shock in the pool. We told them immediately but still seen people in the pool. Later talked to others that also got shocked but also heard them say it was fixed and should not get shocked anymore. The hot tub did not work at any time we were there. Had trouble nearly every day getting clean towels and wash cloths in our room even though the cleaning service was in the room. The floor of the room was dirty with dirt and construction dust when we arrived. We called to have it cleaned and they showed up about an hour later.

location and beach was nice. Room was clean the grounds were under renovation. Restaurant facilities at the resort were lacking. Golf course was over priced for the condition

I and my family liked everything there: the amazing area around, a nice room with all facilities working, and polite personnel. We even didn't travel around because it was just great in the hotel. We've been there in winter, there's a pool with warmed-up water in the neighboring villas. As I understood, hotel visitors can officially use that. The kids had a lot of fun there!

location was great
Resort services are barely operating. One restaurant on site, no spa, few services. had to contact staff for towels that were removed by cleaning staff but no one brought any to the room. Had to call reception and then go straight to office to resolve.

The resort was as we expected: not luxurious but comfortable. The food on site was satisfactory for breakfast and very good taste and value for dinner. Our room was a King Ocean view and it was fine.
We went on the cooler, shoulder season in mid-February but we are comfortable with that; many others would prefer booking into March to ensure a hot sunny time. Some of the facilities (i.e. the roof bar) were not yet open so we ate off-site often. The pool was clean but cold (again, not unexpected).

not much but the location to beach was good… and the guacamole
no bar until 2 pm and then you had to go get it in a makeshift restaurant. no pool side service. pool bar was closed as they were painting it and renovating but they didn’t bother to pack up the bar supplies and just left dirty glasses, moldy limes, etc sitting in dust while they worked. !! no restaurant except breakfast in a white undecorated room that echoed with dirty tables and poor service. worst breakfast food ever! construction noise right under our room that started at 8 am every morning. saws running, hammering, pool was dirty. not enough beach recliners. rooms were dirty even after the maid cleaned. horrible bedding. I even called prior to our arrival and spoke with the manager Claudia twice with concerns about the reviews I was reading and she assured me we would have a great experience with 2 newly remodeled ocean view rooms. we even met her at check in and then the next day discovered she put us in a room right over construction central!! we requested room change to quieter room and the room we moved to had filthy floor but was in a quieter area( just what I want to do during my vacation is to pack up my stuff and move) I literally had to write a note to the maid asking that the floor be cleaned. I assumed it would be the day after moving but all she did was make our bed!! I mean really??? our friends stripped their bed to force maid to put on fresh bedding only to find an old stained mattress underneath. Epic fail Claudia!! worst resort I have ever stayed in. will not be returning.

Location amazing right on the beach, saw dolphins in the bay whilst paddle boarding. You get 1 our free to use the boards but have to wait until 9am for office to open but at 9.15am I just asked if I could take a paddle as they were still closed. Bed was king-size, shower was amazing. Grounds well kept and a beautiful outlook over the bay. Room service was really inexpensive and had a good selection. I only stayed 1 night so can't say what the pool or bar were like.
Got there a bit after dark and it's very hard to find in the dark without satnav, also the reception isnt immediately visible.

Friendly and helpful staff, great beach access.
Lots of construction happening in mid Feb. Not hotel’s fault because walls seem thick but be wary of inconsiderate neighboring guests who leave their tv on all night, so bring earplugs as needed. Many outdoor cushions (when available) need some repair or replacement. Same for room towels.

The beds were comfortable. The scenery around the area is nice. The place is on the beach.
One coffee cup, one wine glass, no washcloths, cold in the room. Very bumpy stone walkway, not handicapped accessible. Jacuzzi was not working, nor was the elevator. Ice was 50 pesos. Check-in was slow, no bellman when we checked out on duty in the morning. Was told by check-in staff Super Bowl was only available in the restaurant, which proved to be not true, I watched the game in my room.

location.
uffff. two buildings. one under reconstruction. maybe because the lower price from booking, the hotel gived us a room at the building unde reconstruction.
8:00 AM a dozen loud workers, hamers, tile cuting, drills, MUSIC, dust, etc.
in thar bad building were only two rooms rented. All other guests at the quiet building $$$$.
awful food, broken forniture, non mantained garden, etc.
no way a 5 star hotel!!! NO WAY!
watchout booking!
