In summary, we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Boali Lodge and we would definitely come back again. We fell in love with

We had the chance to have our lunch and dinner in bed. The location was located strategically and the place was really convenient to locate.

We cannot think of anything to disklike about the property but we would like to suggest something about food service. It would be ideal if the guests can be given food choices for every meal. I would also suggest that we could get fresh towel every day.

Some nice coffee making facilities would be a nice way to start the day.

I would rate our stay as satisfactory, but would look for more family friendly accommodation

Quality of meals for the adults were excellent. Games room, lounge room, dining room all excellent. Location very convenient.

Kids meals - no choice of meals for the children, and not age appropriate eg. fried rice and chicken wings - the chicken wings were extremely spicy and the kids couldn't eat them (as an adult, I struggled to deal with the level of heat myself). The kids often ended up eating with us and eating some of our meals. We ate out 3 nights out of 6, even though our meals were included. Stairs - four flights of stairs for small kids (or adults!) is not ideal. Size of the room - the family loft room is an extremely small space for a family of 4. We managed to do 6 nights, but wouldn't do it again. The bathroom is also too small for a family. Parking - parking each other in is definitely not convenient.

Clean, comfy, great location, a tad expensive but that's Thredbo, no complaints.

Clean, comfortable room, great location in village, nice cooked breakfast. Luggage lift was also useful as we were on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs. Lounge area was very cozy with lots of comfy lounges and a fire.

Parking motorcycles was a little tricky but it was the Snowy Ride (motorcycle rally) with several hundred bikes. When we came down a little early for our breakfast the Chef/owner(?) working in the kitchen was a little stressed/grumpy as we were early. They still made our breakfast but the atmosphere was still a little awkward as he was clearly unhappy about it.

stairs! has a luggage dumb waiter at least, was a bit cold until the heaters were turned on in the room. Never saw a lodge manager, or was that the chef? You need to strip bed at end of stay, but thats easy! Was pretty expensive for what it was, but there is not much choice in Thredbo at times

The location and communication was outstanding, along with the communal facilities including the outstanding catering. We were spoilt with the meals and the fusion of flavours created by the chef. I would definitely stay here again; it was very welcoming and homely.

Great hotel! Will book this place next time we come to the snow

the food provided was excellent, the staff members were friendly, informative and helpful! I loved the storage facilities for snow gear and the location of the hotel; how close it was to the valley terminal

Everything was great! Nothing to fault really. I just wished that there was a tv in the room to enjoy some shows to pass the time after dinner :)

Lounge area with fire place. Location.

No tv in room. Nobody at reception to ask questions of...find out how to find our room from other guests. Asked for a queen bed....had two single beds pushed together which was not comfortable. Food was reasonable. Web site said lunch to take to the slopes would be provided...that was not the case...had to have it in the lodge :-( Not enough space for dinner and breakfast...too many people for the space/number of tables and chairs.

A lovely cozy place in the heart of Thredbo ❄️⛰🌤

Boali Lodge is just one love! This is a super cozy, hospitable and friendly place in the heart of the Thredbo village. It has fantastic facilities, which significantly exceeded my expectations. I especially liked a lovely lounge room where you could read a book, watch a movie or just do nothing near the fireplace after a long day. I can only imagine how nice it is to spend evenings there in winter! Boali also offers 3 meals a day, and there are really yummy! I enjoyed absolutely every breakfast, lunch and dinner (especially dinner 🙂) during our stay. It is a lovely place to stay, explore the Snowy Mountains' beauty, and enjoy various activities. Highly recommended!
