Location was superb staff were amazing. To be honest couldn’t fault it
If I did have anything it would only be a small fridge but it’s not a priority

Position, staff and breakfast
Parking was a little tricky but l did find an allocated space after a few tries

Location
Breakfast basic

Position on sea front, parking a bit hit and miss but we were lucky. Breakfast delicious
The rooms were a bit small, everything seemed a bit squashed in, would not have wanted to stay for a long time in it. Was fine for a night or two though as we weren’t in it very much.
4.5
Typical hotel in a sea-resort city where the kindness of the staff was outstanding. Good breakfast, clean room and close to all the things to see in Weymouth. I had the kind of relaxation I was look for.
4.5
Exceptionally restored, perfectly placed hotel with great staff. Worth a visit if you're in Weymouth
There was a drop in fair in front of the hotel which compromised the view. As for the hotel itself, it was perfect.
3.5
Could open windows fully
Lift seems old and too hit in hotel.
3.0
It was newly refurbished and clean
The floor in the bedroom was sloping and the mattress was not comfortable. The shower head was small and not powerful enough. The breakfast was extremely poor and expected it to be better quality.
4.5
View was nice staff were good hotel was cleam and the shower worked.
Every thing eas good.
3.5
Location and staff excellent
Room a little small and dated.

Very good value for money, Great location.
Was beyond my expectations for the price.
Will definitely go back.
I had everything I required so nothing to complain about
2.5
location
we had to pay £15 per day to park whether other guess were given permits...
they had lovely restaurant but we had our breakfast down stairs in a dungeon which was not great, room was not cleaned on first night...woukd not stay again very disapointed in the price we paid have stayed in better
3.0
Staff very friendly and helpful. Fan and hairdryer in room very handy. Breakfast choice, but would of preferred fresh mushrooms (a little watery)
Dated room. Shower pressure awful and no hot water. Bed and floor very squeaky. Parking was an issue.
4.5
A good choice of cooked food for breakfast. The staff were very helpful in catering to individual requests for various things not on the menu.
The location is exceptionally good but not everyone may like the noise from the children's funfair and the vollyball on the beach. We didn't mind in the least.
For the star rating and description it is just as one would expect. Nothing to dislike.

Seaview from Hotel Room was amazing with the addition view from balcony, comfortable bed with a good nights sleep, fantastic location. Staff are excellent, polite and attentive. Hotel Very Clean and Tidy.
Just a couple of small things, Kettle in Room took ages to boil for a cup of Tea or Coffee.
The combination Shower and Tap not easy to use in the Bathroom.

Very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast and great service, arrived promptly as well. Friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant
No reception on the TV so couldn't watch that. Not a problem for a short stay but perhaps if it was a few nights

Great sea view, good food & friendly helpful staff
Beds hard
4.0
Staff friendly and approachable.
Breakfast tasty, brilliant service and comfortable seating arrangement. Great attention to detail.
Helpful with late checkout and leaving luggage in storage.
Very noisy at various points through the night - 2am, 4am & 7.30am. Not much done regarding noisy inconsiderate customers chatting loudly (and not just after football match) on both evenings.
Affected a restful weekend.
3.5
Rooms very dated, needed a repaint and new bathroom reception area was lovely dissapionting that the room did not reflect the down stairs

Very clean, very pleasant staff. Stunning views across Weymouth Bay.
There's nothing not to like about this hotel
4.0
Conveniently located, across the road from the beach and amusements and shops and bars in the streets behind, friendly staff and helpful with the parking permit, giving extra time on the last day to return it before I departed in the afternoon.
The road sweeper that went past at 8am each morning down the side street, the curtain was on an old school rail and got stuck/unhooked when moving it, could do with a new showerhead
3.0
Good location. 24hr check-in. Friendly staff.
Old hotel with lots of carpet everywhere. The water pressure in the shower was very very low.
2.5
From the very start the attention by the Staff was excellent, especially the gentleman on the Reception desk
The food was all fresh and good quality but cooked without the smallest idea! No Sauces, no S&P in the cooking, lovely fresh Mushrooms without any butter, S&P or anything, etc. The ONLY BAD THING!!
The Dining Room is not inspiring especially the darker side, but I love the Hotel, the Staff are brilliant and the location is the best.
3.5
good breakfast, good location lovely staff very helpful good setting areas comfortable
rooms tired need update
