Tranquila y agradable

La ubicación perfecta para nuestro paseo

La calle cerrada por mal estado y sin estacionamiento. Sobre todo que no nos advirtieron que estaba cerrado para llegar

Hotel clean and close to the city center

It is clean and the room was quite large. Very good position close to the city center. Good breakfast even if the room dedicated is small.

There was any blanket in the room and neither the remote control of A.C. Staff is nice but nobody speak English. The window of the room was always left open after daily cleaning.

Varying levels of service quality and politeness, especially at breakfast in the restaurant, depending on whom you were dealing with.

Rooms were great, 10 out of 10. Food and kitchen service was a solid 5 out of 10.

I like how clean it was and the bathroom had clean towels with amenities.

The breakfast included was not good. The coffee served was not tasty at all and they didn’t even have milk to offer. They could offer milk even if it has an extra charge and I would recommend investing in a better breakfast service.

Good Location and value for money with parking.

This is a functional hotel. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

The double rooms are very dark and look out onto a brick wall. Shower was with very bad water pressure.

Great stay and would stay again.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Close to the center of town.

It was a little cold in the room, but it was a cold night. Some little ants also were in the room.

Superb

Perfect place to stay, a bit set back from traffic, just the right size, neither to big nor to small. Seems to be in nee status, very well maintained. Tasteful furniture, fits the tone not only in the room but all facilities. My toom had Windows, but it seems most are without. Cable TV snd good WiFi.

They allow dogs, and some barking disturbed me.

GEORGE WAS AMAZING, the first night was rough. He made EVERYTHING RIGHT:) The hotel has a modern physique, minimalistic, cute, clean. Breakfast Americano or Mexican included. Pet friendly:) Good location Good neighborhood close to all

No elevator. We had music equipment with us.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Xalapa Centro!

We loved everything about the Majova Inn Xalapa! Superb Boutique Hotel, great quiet location, easily walkable and inexpensive taxis everywhere. The check in was so easy. We were greeted by Jorge, who speaks perfect Spanish & English. Our rooms were exceptional! They were huge & recently redecorated beautifully, as is the entire hotel. New bathrooms with strong hot water showers & air conditioning were a big advantage. I do not know anything that they could have done more for us! We were treated like family! This is the BEST hotel in the world, in my opinion!

Not a single thing was a negative for me! The Majova Inn Xalapa is perfection & constantly being sanitized & cleaned throughout the day.
