Не рекомендуем проживание, разве если только нету других вариантов.

Очень жаль но ничего:( только персонал на рецепции вошел в положении и дважды меняли нам номер..из трёх выбрали менее вонючий:)

Грязные,вонючие номера,один номер прокуренный,в другом алкашами воняло..( завтраки есть мини-шведский стол но очень слабый и не стоит тех денег, даже яичницу надо просить наверное бо сами не делают и не предлагают,коридоры с нормальным ремонтом но пол дня был разлит какой-то алкоголь воняло и прилипала обувь возле лифта, в душевой ржавчина и малые очаги плесени(

Very pleasant. Reception staff very accommodating and helpful.

Clean and well placed for the tram into the city centre. Nice area.

The rooms were great. However, tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been an added bonus.

The pillows are worn-out, so I found them uncomfortable. The room I was in needs a thorough cleaning.

Superb

A nice cozy hotel, exactly what we were looking for. We spent three nights there and it was ideal. There's also a tram station and a grocery store nearby.

The room wasn't completely clean, we found a toenail on the floor. The walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot from other rooms. We heard crying children but it didn't really bother us (I imagine it could bother someone else though). I would have liked some hangers in the bathroom to hang a towel or clothes, and also a hairdryer would have been nice.

it was close to the place which we wanted to visit

smell of the room was very smoky. It was even not possible to ventilate this. Connected to ventillator system or carpet. Also problem with cleanliness.. Some hair on clean wedding and stains..

Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent facilities - a high-quality hotel for NOT very pricey rates.

Very good

Quiet region of the city and friendly staff

Parking was very tight, doesn't help that I am terrible at driving There was an aroma of some kind of smoke possibly from cigarettes

Casual place to stay. nothing brilliant about.

I was able to use the kitchen , though it is not recomended to use for the guest, thus very kind receptionist , young lady was ok, if we use kitchen. thus, it was nice. However one old lady was very angry of the fact that we used the kitchen, she was almost exploded, "How dare you are!". She was very prejudice about us, and thus it is her problem not our.

I don't care about what that lady thought, so there is nothing I didn't like. If I were that lady, I would start thinking to how to behave yourself in a decent way. But again it is not my problem. First and a last time there so , why should I care?

Nice place as long as a bunch of men don’t show up!

For the first three nights it was wonderful,quiet and peaceful.

On our last night there was a large group of men that checked in and they were so loud and noisy. They were hollering clear past midnight. I told them once to quiet down, which didn’t do any good. It was a long miserable night.

disappointing booking and customer service

room was clean and comfortable

disappointing booking and invoicing: first they confirmed the booking but the next day they sent me message that for the last night they have no availability. I have changed the plan and arranged to leave one day earlier. When i asked to get reimbursed for the last night they refused. poor reception service, no English speaking personnel. I would recommend not pay in advance, they have decent facility but poor customer service. If you are booking online try something else.

The staff was very professional and provided great service.

Arka Kraków is in bad need of an update to the XXI century. Everything there is old, pillows were not so comfortable and the duvet was quite heavy, some towels had holes.
