Broken wardrobe doors, toilet seat not fitted, door handles loose, holes in towel, bed linen to short for the mattrass, drawers in dressing table distorted. A rundown neglected hotel.

quiet place, available parking, affordable price for Ukrainians, late check-in is not a problem.

so clean and quiet place, pool is available, the stuff speaks English an Ukraine

not so close to the city centre, but a good opportunity near the forest, park and fresh air

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet suburban area away from the road. Ideal for a transit stop near the airport or for relaxation thanks to swimming pool.

Good budget option, but with surcharges

Price-quality ratio is fair. The room had enough space for 2 people and it had comfy beds. Clean bathroom. It's located more like in a suburb, but the trip to city center by taxi is around 15-20 mins. There's available breakfast for guests for extra fees, but although the selection of food is limited, it's tasty and of good quality. Multilingual receptionists are helpful and friendly. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but there's a small table with chairs right in front of the entrance to the building, where you can smoke, or have coffee. Reception can help you if you need to print anything (for extra payment per page).

There are no toiletries, you need to have your own. In the room there's no cutlery and no fridge, although there's a microwave and a kettle that can be used by all guest. There's no coffee, tea or water in the room - you can get it from the coffee machine or fridge near the reception (for extra payment). Our flight was postponed and we arrived to Krakow later then expected, so instead of 4 pm we had to check-in around 3am, and we were charged extra fees for late check-in.

Clean area , quiet atmosphere. Air is good . If you need coffee or some ( even cold) drinks they are available for you.

Taxi price you hear at the reception is wrong. Actually it is twice higher ! Don't believe the receptionist! It's rather difficult to get to the supermarket on foot as this area is mainly for people with their own or rented cars. In the room there is no shampoo or gel shower. It would be a good idea to improve the lighting of the room.

It is 8k far from the city center, there is no kitchen or dining room, there is no elevator, the bathroom lock was broken, the shower hose was broken.

I upgraded my room was very nice lovely big bed would definitely stay again.

Warning do not go

some of the staff was pleasant

The room we stayed in was so dirty the bathroom had a constant sanitary odour the shower leaked all over the floor,the mattress was soiled with stains all over it bed sheets didn't even fit the bed and separate quilts for a double bed, no coffee facilities then the coffee vending machine was not working no English TV channels only had a few working channels, the breakfast buffet was dreadful only sausages and boiled eggs with some cakes so limited and over charged rates the A/C unit was not working properly kept damp patches penetrating through the wall from the shower leaking so dissatisfied with this place....
