We were simply disappointed with the apartment, as cleanliness is a priority for our family.

The size and layout of the apartment was good.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired, they are simply DIRTY, WITH MOLD everywhere, one of the bathrooms has RUST AND MOLD which is unacceptable. They only leave one set of towels per person, considering that the apartment does NOT have a dryer and you have to hang the towels when washing them, it is absurd not to be able to get extra sets, even if you want to pay extra for the request.

Great location for a family

Location is great, having everything within walking distance (restaurants, Lidl, metro, bus, Sagrada). The check-in procedure and communication with Mikko went smoothly. The apartment was clean and as described in the pictures and website. Was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. I'm not sure if it would be so comfy would be for 4 adults.

The fonic insulation could be a problem if you have light sleep - opening and closing of doors of the neighbors and any discussion they have with window open can be heard clearly :) (the main bedroom window does not isolate even when closed, and the apartment door the same). But there are some rules in the building, and people seem to try to keep it quiet most of the time - just if you are a light sleeper, you can get waked up if the next door neighboor enters his apartment during the night :) Toiletries provided in the beginning could've been more adapted to us from the beginning (we got 2 small shampoos and 1 small soap, 1 dishwasher pill, 1 small dishwasher shampoo, for 4 persons on a 5 night stay), so we had to ask for more when we found someone at the reception - I know I could've ask by calling and would've been solved, but we were left most of the time and we preferred not to send anyone in the apartment when we were left. It just would've been nicer if this had already been adapted to our stay from the beginning.

Nothing bad to say about this place at all, perfect all rounder for larger groups!

This property is literally a 5 minute walk from the Sagrada, Was perfect for our Stag party, close to the Metro as well, plenty of little supermarkets and cafe's kicking about as well. Do not worry so much about the place to which you stay in Barcelona, the Metro and Bus systems are so easy to work, if you are staying for 4+ days I recommend getting yourself a 30 day pass which can be used on all Trains & Buses within and around Barcelona and it'll only cost you 22 Euros.

Worked well

Great location. Very functional. Beds comfortable. Has a lift. Good functional kitchen. Very close to La Sagrada.

Everything had a 300 Euro fine, for noise, loosing keys etc. only 2 sets of keys, for a group of 7 adults, made it tricky with people coming and going at different times. Electronic keys would be a great idea.

LLegamos y la puerta del alojamiento estaba rota, No tiene pava electrica o nada para hacer café, tuvimos que improvisar Muy pocos artefactos de cocina, no pudimos cocinar en el lugar.

Nice, spacious apartment. Good for families with kids.

The apartment is located 3 blocks from Sagrada Familia. It was fairly clean and the building was nice and quiet. It is near the metro and local bus stops. It is suggested for families with kids. There is a supermarket really close.

The kitchen could have some more glassware (eg. espresso cups). Also the location, although is really close to Sagrada Familia, is a bit off center. To visit all other Barcelona main attractions you have to change at least one bus line.

Nice apartment but staff was not friendly or helpful

The apartment is very spacious and loved the patio that came with it.

We were locked out of our apartment room over because the door can’t be opened from the outside with another key left on the inside. The staff was not friendly or helpful and didn’t have answers to any of our questions regarding contacting a locksmith (said that we won’t know the price until they send us a bill and won’t give us the direct contact information of the locksmith). The apartment is amazing but don’t expect them to help you when any problem comes up.

Great location

Lovely and spacious apartment, very well located close to Sagrada Familia. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Close to public transport. We were welcome by Gemma who showed us around and kindly agreed to meet us on a Sunday despite change of arrival time at short notice. Thank you! 😊 All in all, this place is perfect for a stay in amazing Barcelona.

the Aparment was very big and nice. It was clean and it was close to the sagrada familia. it was also close to multiple metros which we used.

the only thing that sucked was that the AC was not working. They let us borrow fans which helped while we slept because it was so hot. they fixed it on our last night.

Very good

We particularly appreciated the communication, professionality and helpfulness of the receptionist, Gemma, which made the whole process of entering the flat very smooth and straightforward. The flat itself was very clean, equipped with all the necessary utensils. In spite of the central location of the flat just steps away from the Sagrada Familia, we did not experience any noise during the nights.

Although not a big deal, the cooker seemed to take quite a long time to get to reasonable temperatures to e.g. cook pasta and it switched off by itself several times during the process.

Nice and well located apartment in Barcelona, friendly staff!

The apartment is very spacious and very clean at a good location near sagrada de familia and lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area and easy walking to public transport.

The noise. The walls are very thin and we could hear all the neighbors in the building (we were on the first floor) and also the other rooms in the apartment. The beds weren't very comfortable either.

A good apartment with excellent location!

The apartment is very close to the Sagrada Familia. There are very many small stores, restaurants and transportation (metro and bus station) nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms, good beds. We did not miss anything as we spent the whole day and evening in the city (and one day in Montserrat). The agency is absolutely correct and really helpful! All together: a good apartment with excellent location! Thank you very much for your support!

Good quality for a good price!

This is my second stay at this property, typical Barcelona apartment, only the main bedroom and living room facing the street, the rest of the windows are on the patio, but that's what I'm used to and that has its advantages too. The apartment is simply furnished, but very functional, there is really everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine, iron and ironing board. For me, that's a big plus. Also the location is great, near direct line to Camp Nou, walk to Sagrada Familia. Value for money also very good.

Beautiful and absolute for a business trip with colleagues.

The apartment was entirely beautiful, in a perfect location. Right near the lively part of the city but the flat was perfectly quiet. We enjoyed the comfort of the flat as it was absolute for a business trip. We were beyond satisfied with this accommodation.

Nice position, clean apartment and comfy beds.

The flat is clean and on a very good position to explore the town.

Absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even a grain of salt. Maybe at least welcome coffee capsules would be nice. All knives were unusable and obtuse. Dish washer was able only to was the dishes in cold water.
