Excellent choix avant un vol.

Son côté pratique proche des transports et de l’aéroport, sa parfaite insonorisation, l’aide du personnel.

L’enregistrement automatique déroute un peu mais contrairement à mes craintes, en tout cas l’après midi, j’ai été accompagnée dans la démarche par une hôtesse présente.

Great place to stay for layover

It was very easy to get to for an airport stay, the staff were all so friendly & my bed was super comfortable

amei o chuveiro, o shampoo, a pressão da água, realmente deu para descansar neste hotel

creio que só a recepção, de não fazer um check in, tive que fazer lá pelo meu celular, e no site de cobram uma taxa de fidelidade, por isso preferi pelo Booking que foi mais prático.

Enjoyed our stay except for the comforter situation.

We liked the friendly staff, the quiet room and the casual dining. The Morgon wine and the cheese platter were superb. The check-in and check-out process was easy with help from the staff.

We did not like the fact there wasn't a top sheet on the bed. The comforter was way too warm for the room and there wasn't an alternative! We didn't want to sleep with an air conditioner on. Give your guests a top sheet!

Small, but proximity is everything

Close proximity to airport since we were leaving early for a flight.

As citizenM hotels, be aware that the room is extremely small & if you are a couple, one of you will have to climb over the other to get out of bed. It’s also difficult to find entrance if you drove to hotel. Not clear signage

Okay for an airport stay overnight , not really great for visiting Paris

A micro hotel but not advertised that way, and not very comfortable for older folks.

Bed is only approachable from one side making it difficult to use the bathroom during the night for the partner on the ind=side of the bed.

Exactly what I wanted. Convenient, comfortable, friendly, quiet.

Bed was fantastic! So comfortable! I slept very well! Staff was very helpful and kind. Very patient with someone who is not terribly tech savvy! Love the convenience to the CDG terminal.

Je n'ai pas vraiment aimé

Établissement très propre, et à proximité de l'aéroport.

La réception, qui n'en est pas une, puisque que l'on s'enregistre seul, sur une tablette, bien qu'une personne soit pas loin en cas de difficulté. Idem pour le check out. Impossibilité de se faire éditer ou envoyer une facture instantanément....j'ai du la réclamer par mail, car elle n' était pas non plus disponible sur mon compte que j'ai du aussi créer pour l'occasion. A tout vouloir automatiser sous prétexte de simplifier, on se retrouve avec des usines à gaz.....la simplification est surtout pour l'hôtelier mais très peu pour le client, me semble-t-il.... Et puis dans la chambre, on se retrouve encore avec une tablette pour piloter les stores, la télé, la lumière....Après des heures de voyage et de la fatigue, on a pas forcément envie de se prendre la tête avec ces outils....

Modern facilities with good bar/ restaurant in lobby. Good shower, bed pillows. Great hotel for flying out of CDG next day

L'accueil et l'enregistrement rapide et efficace avec le choix de la vue et de l'étage. Chambre petite mais suffisante pour une nuit à l'aéroport... très proche du terminal et de la navette Bonne literie.⁹ On a adoré la domotique

Much better value than its immediate competitors and a more interesting experience.

Room :smaller than normal but adequate and highly efficient layout. Although, I wasn't very good at using it (I'm 76) I admired and liked the Ipad controller. Bed : very comfortable. Liked the idea of a solid bolster plus feather pillow. But mystified at how anyone can get to the other side to make it! can you put me out of my misery? The staff were exceptionally helpful to me which was really appreciated.

I didn't see an explanation of how to check in; obtain a receipt etc, but may have missed that
