Potevano aggiustate il sifone doccia al posto di lasciarlo con la fascetta, e il contenitore del sapone in bagno era rotto

Super Lage, Gemütlich, lustig

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage war auch wirklich perfekt, man hat alles in Fußweite erreichen können. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, das war super praktisch und der Balkon hat uns auch gefallen. Außerdem waren die Betten mega gemütlich. Man konnte sich richtig schön einkuscheln in die Decken. Und ich weiß jetzt nicht ob das positiv oder negativ ist, aber ihr bekommt halt 4 schlüssel für alle möglichen Eingänge, da sich das Hotel das Gebäude mit anderen Hotels teilt, das hatte uns nämlich verwirrt. Und der Fahrstuhl ist auch überhaupt nicht so gruselig wie er aussieht. Super war außerdem, dass ein late check-in möglich war!! Das hat uns viel erleichtert und uns vor einer nacht am flughafen bewahrt. Was auch top war, war dass direkt vor dem Hotel eine Haltestelle war. Ihr könnt von dort mit dem sogenannten AliBus direkt durchfahren bis zum Flughafen für 4€. Egal was bei, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat steht, ich würde wahrscheinlich wiederkommen.

Ihr müsst euch halt vielleicht klar sein, dass es in der Nähe so ein leichtes Ghetto gab 😂 Außerdem macht die Toilette in regelmäßigen Abständen einfach so ein komisches Geräusch, aber war jetzt nicht so schlimm. Allerdings war das Wasser aus der Dusche leider nicht nicht besonders warm und die Dusche war auch etwas kaputt. Unter anderem kann man auch kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette schmeißen, aber darauf müsst ihr euch in Catania allgemein einstellen. Wir hatten auch voll den schönen Ausblick auf den Vulkan, da wir Glück mit dem Zimmer hatten.

the staff wasn’t very helpful or anything really (she just gave us the keys and that’s it) the bathroom was absolutely horrible (dirty and the shower was leaking) the bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows even worse)

Excellent location, poor facilities

The location is perfect.

The facilities are poor. The shower was broken (the receptionist promised they would fix it, but nothing happened) and the sewage system incredibly noisy. The bathroom was dirty, mold everywhere in the shower. The furniture was old and broken. The air conditioning system was old and smelly. There is no 24/7 reception. Definitely not a *** location as advertised.

It is a nice experience and come again but is not at summer

The location was very good for shopping and it is at centre of catania. The rooms and the bathrooms are big, cleaning and nice

3 days with NO WATER !!!!! NO HELP at all

Spent 3 days with no water in the room and no help from reception she said she can do nothing really dissapointed

great location but AC and bed was poor for the family room.

The aircon wasn’t strong enough for the room! for the entire night it didn’t get below 31 degrees. plus bed creeped every movement.

A traditional style hotel in the middle of the tourist centre. Convenient and great value for money

it was right in town. Right in the middle of everything. The staThe The staff were terrific and really helpful. my room was huge, and although a little dated, was clean and functional. I must impress on the fact that the staff were just excellent

One night hotel more like B&B in the good location of Catania

Location is great. Spacy room. All clean. Enough amount of towels. Nice new bathroom. 24h acces.

No breakfast. No service at the reception after 20h. Need to bring a set of keys with you all the time. Common places in building are a bit scary at the night. Hotel itself is one floor in old building. We even meet huge cockroach on the staircase, maybe because on the ground floor is a small cafeteria ( I don't recommend to use theirs services...) . But hotel itself is fine clean and good price for such big room. I expected at least window or balcony to the main street. There were balconies and windows but all to the buildings side. It's more like B&B but things like kitchen equipment is missing. At least knife, some plates and spoon would be nice... Only really small fridge with beverages. Don't expect to cool down a 1.5l Fanta there, no chance.. but to hide a small portion of food, in case you pack out the provider "minibar" in advance is possible. Suitable as one night stay. Maybe one more thing, there was a wi-fi but works only on the sofa.. and in bathroom. It's pity, solution would be easy, just relocate wi-fi spot in the somewhere else.

It was a pleasant stay though the temperatures were high and would not revisit at the time of year.

The hotel's location is very central and easily accessible by bus from the airport. It is also very close to shopping malls and other department stores which makes it a good location for shopping. The room was a bit noisy as it was facing the main road which is rather busy and noisy at times.

Reception opens at 7.45/8.00 and we had to wait outside for it to open. Would have been convenient if it opens either 24/7 or at least at 6.00 am.
