Bel appartement pour séjour en groupe !

- disponibilité du propriétaire - communication claire - situé dans le centre de Bruxelles

- situé dans une galerie assez louche - beaucoup trop de codes à retenir (porte après 22h, porte du bloc, porte de la chambre)

Centralissimo, ma abbiamo visto di meglio. Comunque il voto 8 è giusto.

La posizione è eccezionale. L'alloggio è dignitoso. Pulito ma si può fare meglio. Sopratutto riguardo al divano un po' chiazzato.

L'accesso allo stabile e il montacarichi senza porte come ascensore.

La galería donde está el apartamento está muy abandonada, Echamos de menos colgadores de ropa para dejar la toalla y la ropa en el baño El sofá está un poco machacado y no es muy cómodo

Buenísima ubicación

La ubicación fantástica, cerca de todos los puntos de interés de Bruselas. Hemos ido caminando a todos los sitios desde el apartamento. Hay un supermercado cerca. El apartamento tiene todo los necesario para pasar unos días. Hay que entrar en una galería para poder acceder al piso. Están arreglando el piso de al lado y el pasillo tiene mal aspecto.

Bonito apartamento con terraza en el centro de Bruselas.

Confortable y bien equipado. Todo bastante limpio. Cocina y baño también cómodos. Bien ubicado en el pleno centro de Bruselas cerca de la Bourse. La terraza amplia y bastante discreta.

El acceso al edificio es a través de una galería comercial. No era muy comodo. De noche se cerraba y había que acceder a través de un callejón oscuro.

Posizione eccezionale dall’appartamento è possibile raggiungere praticamente qualsiasi meta turistica a piedi, in pieno centro circondato da centinaia di locali dove poter mangiare bere fare aperitivo e shopping. Il palazzo è una struttura datata ma l’appartamento si presenta accogliente pulito e silenzioso nonostante la posizione. Il proprietario una persona educata e disponile. Consigliatissimo

The greatest location ever with freedom and comfort of a modern apartment

The apartment is modern, clean, and just a stone throw from the all the sightseeing hallmarks. We also appreciated smooth check-in/check-out process and communication with the host.

Great location and communication

We stayed in apt 308 (1st floor) and my in-laws stayed on the 4th floor (great view of the church). Comments generally related to 308. The location is great if you want to be near the key tourist hotspots. Within a few min walk you can indulge on great Belgium waffles, fries, and beer. The communication with the hosts was great and the few requests I had were addressed very quickly. Check-in was smooth. The pics make the apt seem a bit better than it actually is.

The bathroom is situated in the bedroom and not in the main living area. This is a short-term rental apt and there are just the basics there. Just enough cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc for the number of people staying (no salt, pepper, oil). There is no dishwasher and the expectation is that you wash and put away all dishes prior to checking out..... We could hear a bit of noise coming from the upstairs apt and from the outside but overall generally quiet. We felt safe overall but you may run into a shady character around the entrance of the apt which is inside of a mall.

Le bruit dans les parties communes et à notre étage, la vétusté de l'immeuble, peu entretenu. On avait vu sur l'annonce une terrasse et bah non... Pas de contact avec les propriétaires...

Buena ubicación, buena relación calidad-precio

La ubicación, céntrico y bien comunicado. El apartamento por dentro muy cómodo, limpio, con lo necesario para pasar unas noches en bruselas, no se escucha ruido de la calle y bien climatizado. El anfitrión amable y colaborador, respondió rápidamente a las dudas. Nos guardaron las maletas después del check out. Repetiría.

El acceso al edificio, se ve gente un poco rara, pero al final se siente seguro.

Pretty comfortable and nice stay

Location can not be better but since it’s on pedestrian only area it wouldn’t be perfect for someone with lots of luggages or young kids. Very close to main attraction so we only walked once we settled from train station.

Overall good place to stay for a family in the city center.

Amazing Location with the tourist places right round the corner and food outlets right there in the vicinity. Spacious rooms.

The apartment was kinda clean but there was fine sand on the floor and you needed slippers to move around the house. The heating system was not warm enough and there were no controls in the living room. No proper place for luggage and probably a luggage stand would be a good addition. No light near the cupboard and is very dark for any kind of use.

Très bonne situation de l’hébergement. Appartement très calme.

Salle de bains: manque de porte-serviettes et de patère. Chambres: manque chaise ou fauteuil. Chambre à droite de la porte d’entrée, interrupteur un peu loin de l’entrée de la chambre. Peut-être quelques bols pour le petit déjeuner et des mugs pour le thé.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended

Great location right in the centre of Brussels, fantastic host who very quickly sorted an electrical issue I think we caused (don't plug three pin converters into extension leads).

Was a bit noisy up to 3am on Friday and Saturday but expected so close to centre.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walking distance of almost all tourist attractions and hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops. Easy and fast checking and checkout.

The building is a bit old and poorly maintained.

Super central location in very clean apartment with balcony.

Very central location. Terrace was great. No outside noise when doors closed. WiFi excellent. Coffee machine and coffee super.

Access via shopping centre below felt a little less secure at night. On fourth floor and lift works fine but might be difficult with small children. Sound of water in pipes from the washing machine cupboard (we didn’t use washing machine) but this didn’t keep kids awake. TV was good but had to change station manually on box as that button didn’t work on the remote.

The location was prime, right in the heart of the city. There were enough amenities like the washing machine, handsoap, etc.

The outside view is horrible. The apartment had a weird smell and sticky floor. The apartment was too small as compared to the photos posted online. Although pricey, it was too congested for a family of five. Also, it would have been nice if they could provide some basic food items like salt, sugar, coffee or some tea.
