Everything Perfect

After a somewhat long drive from Slovenia we arrived at The Residense Rialto with a lovely welcome from Silvia at reception, where we were checked in very promptly and shown to our apartments. We were overwhelmed with the actual size of the apartments and the beautiful furnishing throughout. Everything about our stay was perfect...excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, secure underground parking and always a warm welcome.

I booked what I thought was just an ordinary hotel room, but turned out to be a fully furnished one bedroom apartment in an apartment building! It has an (almost) fully fitted kitchen that allows you to cook meals, a large television with streaming services and cable and an independent bedroom with a large, comfortable bed. Everything was spacious. The shower worked great and there is a bidet.

The location is a little out of the way but close to a Lidl and 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There was no oven to match the rest of the kitchen.

Great, spacious apartman in Trieste

A nice hotel-apartman! Our place was a whole flat, with a lot of place. It was well-equipped! The environment was calm. The breakfast was in a relatively small room but there was not a problem, the staff helped a lot and the foods were extra quality (the ham and the croissants were delicious!). Last but not least, we loved the lady at the reception: she was very kind and flexible and she had a great mood! :)

I was allowed a free early check-in, the apartment is large and comfortable, with equipped kitchen.the city center is 15-20 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended

A convenient hotel that has everything we needed for a night. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

No reception available after 7pm, meaning our key was left on the reception. Room was not fully cleaned prior to our stay. Car park was very difficult to get out of - the ramp is very steep and our car got beached on the top.

A beautiful experience

The best location in Trieste (peaceful part of the city, everything important is so close). Friendly staff. The price is excellent. A beautiful experience. Excellent parking in the basement of the building. Rooms are so clean and comfy. Nice GYM.

Enter in parking is difficult for sports car. My Mercedes with amg suspension scraped the floor when leaving and going into the garage. But my car has only 130mm ground clearance, normal cars will not have this problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We found that walking to the centre was easy and we saw more of the town that way.

It was tricky to find at first but the hotel provided a good street map and bus details so all was well from then on.

Silvia was very friendly and very helpful despite some problems that were with the WC. She found solutions immediately and all was great.
