Great stay!

Basic rooms in the main hotel but everything we needed and Cleaned Daley… nothing to much for these guys, staff we’re brilliant!.. central location but down a nice quieter street, ideal for getting around Marmaris. Pool area is amazing too!

Poor

The little electric cooker in the room was very helpful.

The beds were very hard and there were no blankets in the room. The rooms were filled with very strong smell of cigarette making it difficult for the children to sleep.

Exceptionally bad hotel, less than a star

The hotel is less than a star by all rating standards. There are minimum lighting and many bulbs are broken. At night this hotel is frightening and does not feel safe at all. Same goes for the surrounding area and feels very shabby. The room is as described big, but filled with 3 beds in every room! There is no space! The furniture is overused and broken. Bathroom has stains and Mold. Absolutely filthy. Breakfast is a joke: 3 jams, few slices of cucumber and tomatoes. 1 hard boiled egg. Few pieces of cheese and bread. Few black and very soft olives and processes meat. Picture below for your appetite. Nothing hot besides tea and coffee which you can use dirty/ stained mugs to pour in. There were no towels or toilet paper until we asked. I have had my booking paid online but still the staff tried to make me pay. I showed them my booking status and Payment receipt from the bank but still was asked the same next morning. The staff even tried holding my passport till he confirmed, I refused and asked him to take pictures until he confirms. Very unprofessional! Experience is horrible here, I hope nobody gets ripped off here.

Horrible Rooms. The mattress is bent from overuse. There are 3 beds in the room, one king, and two single beds. As per the reception this is common to all rooms and they cannot provide me a room with only and king bed... The furniture is very old and cracked or broken. Sheets are dirty and were not able to replace them. Sanitary items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, ...etc are not provided. There are broken lights in the room.

In my opinion, everything was fine, they were allowed to pay in cash, since Russian cards from abroad do not work, they settled earlier in the hotel. Breakfasts. Will be satisfactory very good location within walking distance to the center within walking distance of the beach. Well, about 10 minutes with an ant step. I liked everything, very friendly staff. Thank you very much, I will definitely recommend your hotel as a budget option for a good and quality holiday. Thanks a lot. Marina!

It was a Lasfa experience at a very good price and it is likely to be repeated in the future

Friendly staff, spacious and very good rooms, but they need some maintenance, for example, the balcony door does not close tightly, but in general the room is very good and comfortable, the breakfast is very good and varied in the hotel restaurant, also the location is good and quiet and not far from the city center, there is an elevator The hotel also has a good swimming pool

no tv as advertised, no fridge as advertised I had to ask waited 3 days for that , two days towels where taking from the room and I had to ask for them back , cleaners nice but the desk staff aren’t nice

Exceptional

excellent to place stay in a Heart of Mamaris. it’s very closed to beach and all sorts of restaurants and shopping facilities. Owner and staff are very helpful and there to help you help 24x7. Everyday room cleaning service. on site beautiful swimming pool kids loved it. Also you can best exchange rate at the hotel counter compare to money exchange to shops. initially we only wanted to stay for 4 nights but extended our stayed because of excellent hospitality. I will recommend the place to everyone want to have good time in affordable prices.

Very Good with some issues

Every things are excellent except the things below

1.My room where last floor so rooms is extremly hot....you have to stay about one hour to cool the room . 2.There was a problem in bathroom door ..i couldn't close the door of bathroom 3. Bad curtain for my room it wasn't closed very will so your neighbor can see you inside 4. Curtain don't block the light out

The staff were lovely, and always really helpful 😊 The location was good, really quiet area but only a short walk to the main strip which was great. Breakfast was really nice 👌 As a solo female traveller, safety is important, and I definitely felt secure staying here. Will stay again next time I am in Marmaris 🥰

good budget accommodation ideal location for everywhere in Marmaris. Great size rooms

Great location near to the beach and bars nice size pool with bar . plenty or space for sitting and eating, good size rooms and bathroom

could do with a little updating some of the furniture little shabby and beds need mattress protectors.

I came for couple of days and decided to stay more.

Staff are kind and helpful. Room is spacious with work zone, ketle and freezer. Bed is large and comfortable. Wi-fi works good in my room. Breakfast is included in price. Price is affordable. There is swimming pool, sun beds, pool table at the territory. Beach in 2-3 minutes from here. There are many shops, cafes around.

Super friendly and kind staff. Pool was excellent and I enjoyed my stay.

On arrival the room wasn’t very clean and there was an issue with my door but all was quickly fixed once I contacted the reception.

Horrible experience and waste of time and money

Nothing to like..

No breakfast was provided at the Apartment . Refused to take credit card only wanted $ in cash . They wanted to charge us $15 per Ac remote control. Which we refused. Wi Fi does not work in the unit at all. we had to leave a day earlier due to all the issues.
