Lo mejor de todo fue el excelente servicio de todo el personal

La habitación podría estar mejor aislada acústicamente ya que por ejemplo se oían bastante los grifos de otras habitaciones

Not great if you are staying in hotel good for pop in at nights only

Location was good

Reception staff were not helpful and very rude in occasions which we needed them Blankets were rubbish and so hard and asked for proper duvet and they said this is all we have

the garden was a so great place to stay at nights we loved th B-fast and all the services were excelent also the pool wase nice !! we definitely will come back again to this hptel !!

The breakfast was simple there was just one elevator and with out fan one only the rooms have air condition

Then location was the only good thing about this hotel.

The walls are paper thin, can hear people in the halls making noise all night, hear conversations in the next room. The room was small and odd shaped, the aircon unit was also super loud which added to the already noisey complex at night. The wifi was basically non-existent, couldn’t get it in our room on second floor, ridiculous. Wouldn’t stay again.

beautiful stay

music was kept low when requested , quiet, very clean , overlooking the sea , amazing view ,staff were amazing, polite , and very helpful best thing was location literally few steps from the promenade and in the heart of marmaris room were very clean disability access was very good

Amazing location

swimming pool was a good size and the rooms were very nice and the location is amazing only a 30 second walk to the beach when you come out of hotel go left with restaurants on the beach. 1 minute walk to the shop come out of hotel go right

Pleasant and the hotel needs more improvement with service

it's near to the beach,clean and the staff are nice

too many rules : only one key , you need to pay more to the safety box , you have one key and you're supposed to light the electricity with it even if you're a couple or a family one key each room it is , as soon as u open the balcony ac shuts off immediately , food is average and no complimentaries even water

it was not what we expected.

good location

we booked this hotel as it advertised it had a hot tub, gym and spa. however none of them were in use. very disapointed.

Totally disappointing

Very tiny rooms with no facilities at all . Not even a glass of water is offered complimentary. They charge for safe box per day basis. Breakfast is pathetic

only the property was looking good and clean and the location was fine. Every other thing needs drastic improvements. This hotel is like a mom and pop lodge.

Little disappointed

Location close to the beach not to far to town

From day one not clean .Floor always dirty ,night stands never wiped.Cleaning service very poor.We had breakfast included .Breakfast not much choice but it would be ok until that One day we got bread with mould on it .I don’t know was it due to Covid but staff very young with no idea what to do and no English at all .We stayed there for week in July 2021 .Only lady at reception very nice and helpful. Swimming pool not clean also . Pity as it’s nice location hotel and could do much better.Sorry to give not very good recommendation but paid good money as hotel is rated well and was very disappointed.We stayed in Marmaris few times in Sunrise Hotel but they’re not open due to Covid .Hawaii and Sunrise can’t even compare .Personally I’m not going to book Hawaii again .I’m coming to Marmaris again September staying different place .

Pleasant

Our room had a good view of the sea, however was an upgraded room. The location was fine.

The food average with minimal variation. We stayed all inclusive but ate out in the evening as the food wasn’t very good and didn’t cater for my wife who doesn’t eat meat (does eat fish). The sun Beds had covers on them that were dirty and grubby. They would be nice if they had been washed. Sheets weren’t washed in the room for 9 whole days.
