Jamás nos habian ofrecido un trato tan denigrante, nos arruinaron el inicio del viaje.

Me gustaría ser muy breve, la señora que nos atendió que es la misma persona que esta disponible para el servicio 24h de consejería, misma que gestiona la recepción del cliente y todo lo relativo a la reserva. Se niega a darnos la hoja de reclamaciones que ecducadamente se le solicitó, por lo que procederemos legalmente contra la empresa y esta trabajadora personalmente, la cual dice ser la única trabajadora en la empresa. NOS HEMOS IDO SIN PODER FORMALIZAR LA RECLAMACIÓN ANTE SU NEGATIVA. TRAS VARIOS INTENTOS DE CONSEGUIR LA HOJA. Su trato absolutamente despectivo acusandonos de tener que haber reservado un día antes , en lugar de disculparse por su engaño cuando previamente habiamos consultado si era posible llegar a estas horas. El servicio de consejeria 24 horas que ofrecen,no existe ni tampoco el numero de emergencia que ES EL MISMO PARA TODO , nadie responde hasta las 9 de la mañana y además nos da como respuesta que ella sabia que nuestra llamada no era una emergenciasin haber respondido (como si ademas fuese vidente). Literalmente esto nos expreso : èsto es un numero solo para emergencias y lo vuestro no era una emergencia). Independientemente de que se le habia avisado de niuestra llegada sobre las 7 u 8 de la mañana , para dejar el equipaje y hacer un check in anticipado el cual se pago con un coste de 20 euros por apartamento, estando nosotras dispuestas a pagar lo que fuese necesario. .A parte de todo esto uno de los apartamentos apestaba a tabaco durante los 4 días (siendo nosotras NO fumadoras bastante desagradable), encontrandonos una taza de cafe llena de colillas al interno de un armario de la loza limpia. En definitiva si existe algun cargo superior a esta mujer de pelo oscuro corto y nacionalidad no sabemos si francesa o andorrana o catalana por su acento , rogamos se pongan en contacto.

Nice budget apartment

Felt like there is extra charge for everything, and you feel like a wallet, and not a person. I can live (uncomfortably) with extra charge for the parking, but really felt used when I was asked for an extra for the use of the safe in the room. Eventually, if you pay extra for every little thing, and with no meals, it ends up for a bad value for money (and feeling). Next time I'll book an hotel and not this apartment. On top of that, the folding bed was not comfortable, we were a father and teenage son, so we didn't share the bed. My son slept in an uncomfortable bed. The main bed was good.

great stay, comfortable apartments with ovens as well as hobs.

location was good and only a short walk to Soldeu. parking was available on site or on the roadside.

communal areas could do with being cleaned more regularly. interconnecting doors to other apartments were not soundproof.

Good stay and would come back

Nice apartment with everything you need, comfortable beds and was nice and warm.

electric fuse box kept making a bang and the shower leaked a lot in to the downstairs apartment. told the staff and they said they will sort it.

Very poorly equipped kitchen and poor communication.

Convenient, comfortable

Very poor comms - in particular, no instructions received for entry to the property etc in advance. Probably the worst equipped apartment I have stayed in, esp the kitchen. Attached is a photo of the only saucepans available for a one bedroom appt - two massive saucepans and one small one!

all in all, a great stay in a fantastic location. our first time in the grandvalira ski area and we’re looking forward t

great size and location, the apartment was very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, good powerful shower

for a self catered apartment, some more kitchen equipment would be useful - there were no oven trays for example. also the hot water pressure in the kitchen was poor noisy neighbours also - although I realise that’s not the fault of the apartment!

New building and flat

No enough services for 4 people, only for one. Toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Nothing to cook. No oil, salt, sugar. Bad distribution inside the flat. A bed in front of the kitchen.

Great location

Location, excellent for Incles valley, facilities (Wi-Fi, TV).

The floor clearly hadn't been mopped for some time. My feet were black after walking around the first evening. Very small amounts of toilet paper and washing liquid for a week's stay. Probably fine for a weekend.

Andorra 4 days

Stayed in a superior 1 bed, very clean & new, Simole appliances-good storage space, plenty of radiators and a fab mattress in the bedroom.large living / kitchen/ sofa bed room. Sofa bed fold down and comfy-there were actually 2 -our 9&6 year old slept on 1. Literally 3mins drive to Soldeu or El Tarter Gondola or ski bus straight outside. Staff fantastic, welcoming and happy.

I can’t fault it price wise-in the scrap land outside the back there were some old TVs dumped but to be fair that’s not a criticism as probably didn’t belong to the apartments, just one of those things.

Great value, comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, family friendly!

Friendly multilingual staff, easy check in, tips and advice, toiletries and towels, clean, perfect for 2 couples and one baby, elevator from parking 10€/day including free storage unit, 1km to tarter or soldeu ski base-free transport pick-up, gas station for quick shopping 200m, 3 restos 20m, spa 150m, will come back and recommend!
