Zeer behulpzaam personeel.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE !!! STAY AWAY.
The owner controlled AC system from his phone and not allowing the guest to turn it on. It is summer and it’s extremely hot. He sets the system at 25 C or 77 F only for a couple of hours. Like there was no AC from 23:00 pm to 8:00 - nothing. The owner turned it off !!!! I felt like his prisoner. I have a heart condition and I couldn’t sleep the first night at all. Bought a small fan to help me sleep. Not acceptable !!!
The window was closed. The owner turned the Air Condition OFF. Why do you believe him NOT the guest ?

The staff was really welcoming! The breakfast good and the room really comfortable. The location of the hotel is super to go downtown (10 to 15 min by walking) and yet super peaceful and calm.

The bedroom should be more aerated because there was a smell of fungi growth, thus it made the stay quite unpleasant.
The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, there was no complaint.
Bedrooms should be more frequently cared for and checked.
The price for city tax should be included in the first price, so there would be no need for a discussion of the surcharge.

A clean property in a peaceful area. The room had all the basic facilities you would expect, plus a balcony which was a very nice touch. The manager responded to messages quickly. The gentleman who served breakfast was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast itself was decent, with enough options for everyone.
The air conditioning cannot be set below 25°C per the hotel policy (but this isn’t too bad after it’s been running for a few minutes). The location is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Pisa - not the fault of the hotel but something to bear in mind if mobility is a problem. Will be fine for most travellers.

All is OK

The staff was very nice. We had a sandwich and fresh croissants for breakfast.
The room was dirty. There was a lot of hairs in the shower and on the bed. This was my first worst rented hotel in Italy. There was mold in the bathroom, bits of dust. The first night there was a very humid smell. It was hard to sleep.

great location, clean, amazing staff
the a/c rules were a bit too much given that pisa is super hot.

The room was comfortable with a good bathroom and facilities. The breakfast room was light, airy and there was a good choice for breakfast. The main interior was impressive. It was 5 mins walk from a bus stop to the city centre where a limited stop bus took little time to get there. The host was very helpful and organised our airport transfer saving time and language challenges. It was a good relaxing base.

The building was charming old decor
The location was not as advertised. neither close to airport or city centre. No easy transport links. Had to take taxi.
The gentleman who checked us in was grumpy and unfriendly.

A lovely old style furnished villa in a very quiet area.Rooms had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, comfy bed,hot shower, kettle.Breakfast was plentiful and served on a covered terrace in the garden. We arrived quite late and the friendly courteous owner was there to meet us.Piero who did breakfast and cleaning looked after us very well and supplied us with useful information, very friendly and excellent English.
There wasn't anything, although if you don't like walking a little or unable to it may be a bit out of the way.We were fine.

The bed was comfortable
The communication was awful, I had let them know the arrival time when I booked, yet they threatened not to be there if we didn't let them know arrival time, to which I responded again.
Once landed in Pisa, by the time we got the roaming working, we received several messages on WhatsApp instead of booking to let us know that even though we let them know they would not be there.
Under the rain with bad Internet, we work out how to get in the main door to find the owner/ manager just there.
I tell him I'm not impressed with this first experience, instead of explaining or apologies he just replies he doesn't understand why I'm upset, mind you I speak fluent Italian and explained in detail why.
We collect the keys and get to the room and the window is open, in January at 8pm.
The room is extremely cold and the a/c does absolutely nothing to warm it up.
The toilet seat is broken and the shower moldy, the water even turned completely to hot is barely luke warm.
The road is quite noise and even from inside, you can hear all noises reverberate in the empty building.
We left at 8am, which is when the breakfast was meant to start and there was no one at reception.
We tried this bnb as it was close to my sisters apt, but will definitely not be staying here again, I would definitely not recommend, horrible experience.

The guy who met us, was really friendly.
I don’t like to complain, but we couldn’t sleep there and left after few hours. There was mould everywhere and the smell was terrible. They say as well that they have parking, totally wrong. You will have to park the car somewhere in the street.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cost is very high for a 2 star stay. Feel like ripped off by booking. Com
The stay was good there is no problem. But for the same cost I could have stayed in 5 star hotel. Completely mis guided by booking.com

I didn't like anything, it was the worst accommodation I've ever had!!!
A very big problem was with the temperature in the room. It was very cold in the room, and the receptionist did not allow me to turn on the air conditioning, he turned it off from the electrical fuse panel.
The room was very dirty, the linen dirty. Breakfast was very little
There is no private parking, as they mention in the description!

Nothing
Complete lack of interest or help by the person in reception . He did communicate by WhatsApp as we arrived late as arranged but made no attempt when we met him and as he was plugged into his earphones we couldn't ask any advice re directions etc. Toilet seat was cracked and room generaly tired and dusty. The room was at front ground floor and very noisy.
