The food was a great range and catered for every one, drinks on tap was a very good bonus that we wasn't expecting and we enjoyed a great range of every spirit you could imagine. The hotel was a great location and directly on the beach.
The beds are on the hard side for us but we slept well regardless of this. There wasn't anything to really dislike, the hotel was a little unkept i.e corners of the outside was not swept clean and slightly dusty but that's really my only critique of a great few days.

very crowded, especially at meal time.

The staff were amazing, cheerful bar staff happy to help reception with a glass of fizz on arrival felt very welcoming and nothing too much trouble, hotel is situated right on the beach so you don't have to walk far for a swim in the sea and watersports very close. Bars and shopping all a short distance just under the underpass and plenty of places to go, only a short ride to Lloret for boat trips cost around 25-30 Euros in a taxi
There are not enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying in the hotel, so 2 out of the 4 days we couldn't sunbathe at the hotel which was a shame as you can't make the most of the all inclusive when you have to go out for the day.

Staff surroundings
5.0 / 5.0
From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine willingness to assist from the entire staff.
The value for the price at this hotel is truly remarkable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations, amenities, and services provided, especially considering the affordable rates. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout my stay.
What truly stood out for me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, particularly the manager and receptionists. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable stay.
Furthermore, the location of Hotel Amaraigua was ideal. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.

Great food and friendly stuff:)

My room at the top was exceptional and I very much loved the privacy. It was difficult having to carry a big heavy suitcase up the stairs and I had to have help.
I was there for a family beach wedding and one of the receptionist was very rude when my son and his girlfriend came the first time to visit with me. They were not being allowed in to come up to my room and his girlfriend was treated badly.

The staff were mostly lovely and very helpful. Housekeeping were fantastic and cleaned the rooms daily and did a good job of it too. They were all very hard working. Location is right on the beach which is handy. for the price it was fairly good but definitely not 4stars.
The hotel was supposed to be four stars yet felt like a 2 and at best a 3. There are very limited options for food if you are vegetarian or have any kind of food intolerances. The eggs are cooked on the same equipment that is used for meat and not cleaned down. The food was not very tasty and pretty much the same things most nights. Limited facility usage and nights entertainment was not fantastic and sometimes located at other hotels.

Adults only. Breakfast was good. Rest of meals adequate. Good that we could go to partner hotels for better eating. Bigger restuarants more choice. Bars better equipped. More variety of evening entertainment.
Cramped restuarant. No snack bar, just left overs.
