Vysoké ceny jídel a nápojů v baru. Pokoje, jídlo ani nápoje tyto vysoké ceny nepodporují.

Very comfortable room. Airport transfer very reasonably priced.
Cooked breakfast items not great. Terrible on omelettes. Impossible to cook well on a griddle . All other items fine. Coffee machine poor, go for the pre brewed

We had a good room in the modern block with a small balcony/terrace and view over the marina. so we could watch the boats coming and going. The room was kept very clean. It had all the facilities that we needed and it was quiet at night.
The hotel breakfast was very good with a wide range to choose from, (especially the fruit and pancakes), although some times the hot food needed to be refreshed more quickly. The staff were quietly attentive. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but enjoyed the good live music that was put on in the evening around the pool.
One of the reasons for choosing the hotel was the historic central building (so unique in the area) and the location which was better than we had anticipated. It was away from the Old Town with its noise and other tourists, and separate from the other more resort/beach hotels on the peninsular. We appreciated the gentle hum of the place without the potential noise. But it was within walking distance of a number of restaurants and bars. And the bus into town was not far away and convenient and VFM.
Another key reason for choosing the hotel was that it had a pool which was the hub of the place during the day and even in the evening Although it was smallish there was always just enough room for people to relax especially with the garden area next door.
The staff were professional, efficient and warm. We appreciated the friendly welcome and that we could put our luggage in the lobby as we waited for our room (as we had arrived early). We were given helpful information about the local buses etc. Finally we liked the fact that one evening the garden was given over to the local school 6th formers for their summer dinner. It was a nice touch that the hotel was part of its community.
The hotel is constrained by its footprint so that the rooms and balconies are compact, as is the area around the pool. However that did lead to conversations with other guests. I would encourage the hotel to make more of the garden area next to the pool which could be even better with more lounging furniture, plants and may be a little water feature in the middle. The decor of the rooms will need an upgrade at some point as they were looking a bit dated but not unattractive.

The hotel is beautiful, huge breakfast and pool with live music every night! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The pool closes at 7 pm. But I get why.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and available to answer questions. The breakfast was good - offered variety of food choices. There is a restaurant/ bar on site for lunch & dinner. Our room was clean. The bathroom was very nice.
The beds were not comfortable. There is active road construction on the Main Street for the hotel. At times, the road is closed. We had to drag our luggage through mud / rain when we arrived as we walked down the street trying to find the hotel. The hotel itself is a 30 minute walk - mostly uphill to the old town area. The bus station is a 10 minute walk. The buses can be very crowded. Best way to get around is an Uber.

Lapad is exactly as promoted, great trip
Not their fault, but constructions made the location less nice than it should be

Room, breakfast, building style
The hotel sits at a new arena currently being constructed. Was not told this when booking or during communications with the hotel itself. Dangerous to walk along during day and night to get to bus stops etc and road was often muddy with burst pipes, heavy plant machinery going past pedestrians with no safe pavement or cordoned off areas. Not hotel's fault but potential accident waiting to happen. Would not have been happy if I'd had children with me but we were ok.

the staff were polite and helpful.
the new extension feels modern.
the location was not easy to reach.
no water bottle in the room
the slanted roofs in the room make it difficult to move around especially if you are tall!!
glass door inside the washroom hits the wall, and highly possible to shatter!

Very nice hotel located in Lapad are, in front of the ferry terminal that arrives from Bari. It has a very large and spacious pool. Clean, very spacious and super comfortable rooms. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub and fine details. Wide and very comfortable bed. It has a coffee maker, large LED and a safe. All very correct. some words deserves the person at the reception who very kindly quickly booked us 2 excursions on successive days and everything went perfectly.
In any case, I would highly recommend it as an excellent option in this beautiful city.
The only issue is that part of the street near the pier was under construction which impeded traffic and apart from the fact that it is a little bit far from the center and walls of Dubrovnik.

There were a few mistakes and misunderstandings when we first arrived, but the staff took care of them. Especially, among the staff, Marko was very hardworking and helped us, and his efforts made us have a pleasant trip. The hotel was very clean and the staff's attentiveness made it a perfect trip . And it was good because it was close to major tourist spots and nearby restaurants.

The property was lovely, service was great. The hotel was a bit out from the historic area but the front desk employees were kind about ordering a taxi. check in and out were both quick!
Rooms were a little small for a four star hotel.

Breakfast is phenomenal! Who would expect a breakfast like that! I love the fact that I can walk to the bus station and I can walk to the old city plus have great views from my room. I love the updated rooms. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend it to everyone interested!
The new updated rooms are a bit hard to find unless the front desk is very clear about how to take one elevator to first floor, go left and find another elevator and then go up that elevator to your room. A very minor complaint.

The location is overlooking the marina and easy to get to the old town by bus. Also few minutes walk to the promenade where you can find bars and restaurants in Lapad. Lovely breakfast every morning
I wish the pool is heated but it’s not a major concern.
