Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit tollem Zimmer und freundlichem Personal, vielen Dank!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es war alles da, was man brauchte, das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage perfekt. das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich war mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Staff could have been friendlier

Even though we requested a room on the upper floor, our friends had a room with no view whatsoever and was on the ground floor overlooking a wooden fence with airconditiong unit

We were pleasantly surprised on what a fine hotel we found, conveniently located.

Everything, wished we had booked 2 nights! Perfect location, central & exactly what we were looking for, for easy walking to explore this beautiful historic town.

It was a perfect in every way!

Generally a positive experience.

Cooked breakfast a little disappointing.

Missing a kettle In the room. Would prefer feather plllows and duvet. BBC World News would be good. Staff must be encouraged to speak English. No need to feel nervous about it!

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel with restaurant, in a beautiful city. Everything was very good, authentic and german-like (this is a plus). The only minus (although I understand this is probably impossible due to some regulations, I am sure) - no AC.

Supernice rooms and great breakfast

Great breakfast, parking just outside the reception. Supernice large rooms with big bathroom. Felt luxurious.

Bed was abit too soft for my liking. Needs come comfortable beds and pillows and blankets. Also please please please have still water in the room instead of sparkling or at least an option for still water bottles in the fridge

Rarely have I been happier to check out of a hotel.

Nothing, really. This hotel might be okay if you're a dwarf or an elf. I kept banging my head. The breakfast lady was nice. Otherwise the staff gave the impression that they'd rather be working somewhere else; not that I blame them.

If you are at all mobility impaired, this hotel is not for you. The stairs -- lots of them -- are narrow and treacherous. Whatever you do, don't book the "Gebrüder Grimm" room. The furniture is incredibly uncomfortable, including the bed - a faux Biedermeier nightmare. The tiny bathroom, an obvious afterthought, was awful: it was like showering in a rock-cut tomb. The ceilings are oppressively low and concave. And as for the floor, watch your step, especially at night. Noisy drunk teenagers in the square in front of the hotel made it even harder to sleep.

We were very close to the street with a lot of noise with garbage collection

Hotel where i go back after the corona

nice hotel in the middle of the center of Bad Hersfeld, you have to walk 5 min and you find everything, i got a great room with view on the main street. But no noice. Great breakfast in the morning.

The bed i got the day after back pain.
