Freundlichkeit und super Frühstück

Einfach eingerichtete, aber sehr großzügige Zimmer. Toll, dass am Nachmittag Kaffee und Kuchen bereit stehen. Am besten ist wirklich das super gute Frühstück. Große Auswahl Obst, Müsli, Nüsse, leckeres Brot und Brötchen. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckere Kaffeeauswahl.

Nicht alle Badezimmer sind renoviert.

Leider nur eine Übernachtung. Das nächste Mal länger!!

Sehr freundlich am Empfang. Privat geführtes Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern und einem Frühstück was Seinesgleichen sucht. Die Gäste werden mit Kaffee und Kuchen empfangen, was die mitunter anstrengende Anreise vergessen lässt. Vielen Dank an die Familie.

Gut, das Hotel verfügt über keinen Aufzug. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Aber für gehbehinderte Menschen gibt es ebenerdige Zimmer in ausreichender Menge.

Very nice and quiet place to stay, close to center of town.

Quiet place with very nice staff. Welcomed our dogs and accommodated us very nicely. Great breakfast. Spacious rooms.

Lovely location in a great little German town

ideal location for a business trip, the hotel was located in a leafy suburb so was quiet and had nice views acroos gardens and the park. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful

there was no reception when we arrived but we were able to check in with no issues

Excellent breakfast.

The room was big enough for a very long stay. also very quiet. In our room, toilet and shower were in seperate bathrooms which lets us save some time. Breakfast was great, you can find almost whatever you imagine in a hotel breakfast.

It was written in Booking that all the taxes are included but we had to pay extra Kur Tax. So the price in Booking.com was fake. Even though we booked for a double bed room, there were 2 seperate beds next to each other, with rollers, so one of us kept falling to the floor between the beds all night long.

All was good, except parking place in front of the hotel, it should be a place where the hotel owners should invest some more to avoid their quests to step out of the car directly a mud....

Very spacious rooms, best buffet breakfast ever and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our family members who needed a little more TLC. You will not be disappointed staying at this property and you will be hard pressed to find anyone with better customer service.

Need to update your room key system to a modern card system.

The hotel is in a great location, with comfortable room and a great breakfast.

The hotel was walking distance from the town which was very convenient. The room was exceptionally large, but the bathroom was a comfortable size. The breakfast was first class.

Superb

Good location overlooking beautiful park, 20 minutes walk to historic town centre , Excellent breakfast with wide choice, Tidy,Clean, Without requesting it, we were upgraded to an suite in the attic comprising sitting room with large screen TV, kitchenette, separate toilet, shower room, spacious bedroom and south and westerly facing balcony. Highly recommended

Great breakfast

2nd time we stayed there. Only one night as it was on the middle of the trip on the road to continue driving the next day. We got there a little bit before 10pm so there was no one at reception and the car park was full. It was tricky to park the car. The room was ok but we were 2 people and our reservation said that and the bed and towels were only laid out for one person. Luckily we always have spare towels and pillows in the car. Breakfast next day was amazing a great selection of everything.

Parking the car can be tricky if the car park is full

Great breakfast, location, room and welcoming attitude of staff. Worth visiting.

My husband loves his breakfast at hotels and this one was fabulous. It had many different muslies, fruits, smoothies and fresh juice, the bread was great as was the selection of cheese and meat cold cuts. That was for sure a great surprise. We loved the welcome of a coffee and cake plus the fact that we could sit outside our room and enjoy it. My friend who lives in Bad Hersfeld past the hotel the day before our arrival and so we booked it, I thought it was great how the staff was friendly and generous towards her aswell with free coffee both when we arrived and also at breakfast. Many thanks for a grest stay. The room was great aswell, nice new bathrooms
