They wrecked my car when it was under valet care.

The hotel is an old mansion converted to a hotel and located just outside the old town. The location meant a 10 minute walk to get into the old town, but there were a lot of advantages being outside the old town, including the lovely accommodations (our room had a nice view of the old town on the hill) and relatively easy to reach the hotel or, as in our case, drive in and out as we toured other towns in the area.
We had one of their deluxe rooms with balcony which was quite large with a separate entry room (although I saw some of the smaller rooms that looked like a postage stamp so be careful with choosing that for the price). It also had a small bacony you could step out on with the view of the town as I mentioned.
The ceilings in our room where huge..must have been 15-20 feet high. Marble everywhere. The bathroom was reasonably large other than the shower..which as in many other converted hotels is like 2 feet by 2 feet. Not a lot of room for a bigger guy like me to move around…let alone bend over to pickup the soap, so keep that in mind.
Bed was comfortable and the room had a nice desk with plugs available..as did each nightstand.
They also have a nice garden, which I gather you can have breakfast in..except we had a bit of rain and it was a bit chilly in the morning so they served breakfast inside.
The hotel website photos are indicative of the room we had and the hotel overall.
We had reserved parking in advance..which was a good idea as they really only have one parking space.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection of pastries, cakes, cheese, meat etc…just no hot food.
Service..from the front desk staff to housekeeping..were all friendly, helpful and provided excellent service.
Overall, I cannot think of any better hotel to choose when staying in Siena
Nothing at all was bad or needed improvement...that is what made this stay perfect..although the small shower leaves a lot to be desired...but nothing that they can do about that. its one of those things we have found in Italy from time to time at older converted mansions, villas etc.

The location is very close to the historical city center.
Lack of parking and having to pay for parking anyway. Tiny rooms and warn out facilities can really benefit from an upgrade.

Location was great. Quiet area and easy 10 minute walk to town. It rained during our visit so didn't get to use it much, but the view from the rooftop was beautiful!
We paid for the parking at the hotel, which is only two spaces. If both people are parked, the angles are difficult for the other driver to navigate out. Just an fyi.

Very good location, close to the historical center and a few restaurants/cafes in the area. Very helpful staff. always ready to assist.
Shower cabin was extremely small, to the point we could barely move inside. Taller/larger guests should definitely avoid it. We had issues with the temperature of the room and asked for a technician to look at the A/C, but when coming to us, they have informed temperature control is only available for the winter (heating), meaning... no air conditioning?

Hostess arranged a cab for us, a convenient parking place and a complete early breakfast!

Enjoyed the silence area where the hotel is located (but in the same time close to center and also the nice rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset and have a glass of wine. Having the room close to breakfast area i had been waking up with the smell of warm croissant. Breakfast was covering all sweet and salty tastes, multiple choices of sweets and if the weather is nice you can enjoy it in the garden. The accomodation stands up for the boutique in the name. All the personals have been nice and kind and ready to help us. Defenitly I recommend this hotel.

Good location in a quiet area, sufficient parking places available in the surrounding. Just a few minutes waling time away from Siena center.
Nothing to be changed.

The hotel was beautiful and in a fantastic, quiet location. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, booking trips for us, ordering taxis and being genuinely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you!

Was limited and needed more help.
No place to hangout especially when it was poring out there. A juice / wine bar offering would be great. Happy to pay. So feel free to charge. No fans were available when the AC went out. No help to take the luggage upstairs is not fair . That the breakfast is very limited was not mentioned. No gathering place to have a drink or sit in an ambiance was missing.A bar tender in the evening playing light music, delicate lighting, candles & wine offerings would definitely add to the stay. Just having wine bottles does not make it!

The location and the warm welcome from the staff, who were very helpful.
Great location just outside the historic centre, which was helpful for parking. Just a 15 min walk to the central Campo piazza in Siena.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and did their best to work and provide a service in very humid and hot conditions.
In spite of the claims on their website, the rooms did not have air conditioning and this was a particular disadvantage in 37C heat. It made sleeping very difficult and exhausting.
Breakfast was basic and the food was not fresh; the pastries were stale each morning.

If you have a car, this hotel could the best option in Siena, you can freely park and just 10 minutes by walk to the center. Clean and comfortable beds...
There is no elevator and nobody to help you carry luggages. Breakfast might have been better.

The location was absolutely perfect, the breakfasts were delicious, especially enjoyed in the beautiful garden under the trees. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. Our taxi collection was arranged very efficiently by the reception staff.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly, especially Virginia. We learned a lot about Siena and the whole region from her. Villa is located in the vicinity of the city center and looks beautiful. We enjoyed the rooftop view and breakfast in the garden. Breakfast was good; there were many gluten-free options.
Elevator to the rooftop, but I am not sure that's even possible. So, objectively, we have no remarks.
