Very good

The room was basic but clean and had air conditioning which is much needed in the summer heat. The breakfast had lots of variety with both hot and cold options, it was tasty and there were plenty of food and you can help yourself buffet style.

The reception was busy when we arrived and checked out and there was only 1 person on which meant it was a little slow to process. On the positive, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast were nice with a wide variety .

When we arrived I asked about the parking, if I can park on the street and where is the hotel parking. The receptionist said the way and nothing more. We passed the first gate to the parking where the second gate did not opened. I tried to call to reception, which was answered after 10 minutes of waiting without an option to leave the middle part of the parking. Then they said the parking costs 12€ per night, which should be in my opinion included in price of the room and I do not even start with the behaviour of the receptionist that send me few times back for something and was chewing food while talking to me. I mean ... Also when we entered the room on toilet was the tape which says cleaned and when we opened it it was beyond my words full of sh..t. The airconditioning was not working. When we tried to start it up, it was running only for minutes which was not enough to get rid of the heat in the room. To be honest I do not think the hotel deserves 3 stars. Maybe one and that´s for the breakfast.

Great location. Lovely staff and rooms were very nice.

Location was great. Staff especially receptionist were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was not great. The hot buffet was pretty cold. It was also a little chaotic.

Very enjoyable , would consider booking again.

Very good , lots of choice , freshly cooked .

We went off season so a lot of services and facilities were still closed . Bedrooms were a little bit small but otherwise for the price no complaints. Staff were friendly .

Human hairs of all types and colors - everywhere in the room

The buffet in the evening and morning was amazing and the staff waitressing the tables are super friendly

The room was really really dirty. There was hairs everywhere - the shower, under the bed, IN the bed, the water in the sink stayed in the sink and flush through the sink. The room was cold and at night it was really noisy.

It was okay - we made of what we can out of the hotel , we tried to not spend that much time here.

For what we paid the hotel was fine, it was clean, the breakfast was not the best. We barely ate any of it as it made us feel sick. The pool area was okay however we spent our pool time at park 1.

From where should I begin i booked the room for 2 nights touring Spain for my honeymoon and the ruined first AC is not working and i called the reception and they come to my room sample enter the room checked the AC and said yea not working and we don't have another room and just left. I tried to contact Booking.com to report the problem and to cancelled my reservation and they did nothing. Another thing i came the second day and waited for 30 mins in the reception and there in no one there in the meddle of the day and there is no note or anything so i went to 4R part one after that they give 2 keys to changed the room i went to one of them and its not clean yet and the other one just fine so 2 days in salou lost in the hotel between rooms and reception ,, and what make all fan on top of this u need to pay extra to use safe in the room and if your stuff lost its not the hotel problem...

Excellent Staff, Excellent Location and really enjoyed our stay

Air conditioning was very poor and they really need to put recycling bins outside at the pool areas because you are giving plastic cups for drinks when going outside and it was a shame having to put all the plastic into waste bins. It sound petty but it is the only negative I have about the hotel

Horrible hotel and service I strongly do not recommend.

the property was dirty, old, had an awful smell and the bed sheets were sticky when sitting on them as if they had something spilled on them and only left to dry. we were given a room with 4 beds when we booked a room for 2 and requested a double bed with spa access but we never used the spa as they closed by the time we returned and the next day the spa opened at 11 and we had to check out at 10. I commented this to the person at reception when I arrived at the hotel ( 23:00) and they said that for the room we are in normally it costs more. But I wasn't asking how much it costs but asking why we were not given the room we had booked. Then I asked for a refund of the spa as we did not even have access to it since they only allow a 4 hour time frame and he said to tell someone else the next day. We were given 2 key cards of which one didn't work. In the bathroom the soap bottle was broken and when we pressed on it the soap splashed all over us. The room had breakfast included but this was very limited ( only had an English breakfast and 3 types of cereals. The staff was not welcoming or friendly at all and I will not return here or to any of their resorts ever again. I feel they trick you by showing pictures of other rooms in their other resorts and then they give you a really low quality room. I felt disgusted to stay in this hotel and use the bathrooms there or even sleep so we bough a bed sheet of our own and slept on this.

The hotel is situated in a great location and the fact you can use the pool amenities in the sister hotel is good

Unfortunately depending on luck some of the rooms are modern and refurbished however there are some rooms dates We were Half Board and the restaurant in the sister hotel was far superior just a pity you could not use both
