Todo!
Sábado a la tarde no había servicio en la piscina para tomar y comer algo y tampoco funcionaba para cenar el restaurante por un evento privado. Una decepción.
10.0
The beautiful retreat in lovely gardened surrounds with grassed sunlounging area by the pool, with bar.
Large bedroom with great bathroom and private terrace.
The lovely, helpful staff, the whole ambience of the place.
The proximity to Pals village.
Inexpensive food and drinks.
Everything perfect after a day travelling and sightseeing.
There is nothing to dislike about this place.

The property is located in a fantastic location.
The staff was friendly and Wellcome.
The gardens and facilities are good for family with kids.
Room was spacious.
A lot of outdoor room to play for the little ones, and also an indoor play room specifically for them.
The room was dirty, with spider nets, mould and marks of leaking on the roof. After complain several times I had to reach personally the cleaning lady to ask to clean in deep, especially the bathroom.
The room shows a lack of maintenance with marks in the walls and small damages as well as in some of the furnitures, especially in the bathroom.
Terrace was infected with ants. True that was clean when we complained but they came back every other day.
Internet wifi was lost every time in the room, so impossible to even check the emails.
Overall despite the potential and fantastic environment the Hotel shows a lack of maintenance and cleanness. Probably it was a 4 stars years ago but currently it does not reach the standards at all, especially the rooms.
Prices ( restaurant, rooms, bar...) are charged at 4 stars hotel, but again, the Hotel is not even close about what you can expect for a 4 stars resort!

Beautiful property and location, great common areas, garden and pool area

Breakfast was good although staff went missing at times.
The rooms are rundown and need updating. The rooms are of a 3 star hotel not 4 star. The restaurant food was average.

the main location, the one that hosts the reception and the restaurant is really beautiful with an amazing interior design taste. the entire hotel is surrounded by green. I liked how peaceful it was.
since it’s May and it’s not yet high season the spa area was a bit shabby (this is the explanation that we tried to find, since everything around was beautiful). Also we had dinner at the restaurant and the food we had wasn’t great at all.

staff is good.
The staff is very friendly.
however, the hotel deserves a renovation especially at the sanitary level!
the price of the night is not up to the benefits!
the rooms smell bad (musty).

Sewage smell in the toilets was annoying.

the amenities were great. amazing garden and pool. rooms were spacious
the coffee machine of our room didn’t work. you had to reserve to go to the indoor pool

kindness of the staff, facilities and location

The hotel and facilities are lovely. We were warmly greeted on arrival and offered a glass of fizz which was lovely. There was a slight mix up as they hadn't put the extra beds for the children in the room but they sorted it out quickly and without fuss. The pool and bar next to it were lovely and we spent most of our stay there. We used the spa as well which was also very nice. Breakfasts were good with a wide range to choose from on the buffet.
The evening menu in the restaurant was a bit limited for children, so we tended to go into Pals for supper. Also the restaurant staff were a bit mixed, some were very helpful but others seemed distracted and so service levels varied depending on who was serving you.

that booking.com give you the price without vat. The website has to include this. Therefore Booking.com is not cheaper and is being unclear

The location is amazing, outdoor space is well liked after has lots of common areas which are well furnished. Rooms are clean and spacious. we have two different rooms, one in the main house which had a terrace with beautiful view and another in the newer area which was also very large with outside space. was a 10 min drive into Pals which is very special
we complained about a broken shower on the first night and they only fixed it on the night before we left and only offered a €50 discount. The pool area is beautiful with a dining area but the pool
itself is in a bad state, tiling needs replacing and grout is mouldy etc. water was clean ish. not what you expect from such a lovely setting.
Food was Ok but could have been better or more varied. The staff were very nice though

Poolside restaurant
The spa facilities could be improved

Everything was exceptional. The place is big so you really have space to enjoy the calm. There are two swimming pools, big spaces to eat, also to relax there are several living rooms. Spaces inside and outside. The food was good. Everything was really perfect.
The restaurant menu was a bit expensive and there was no service at the swimming pool as presented but I guess it might be because there was not many people when we came.

Nothing. No water, no wifi.
No comment. Week end is ruined.

We had a very relaxing weekend at this hotel. We chose this place to celebrate two birthdays and the staff were very helpful helping me to prepare a surprise dinner table and cake!
The rooms are very big and the beds comfortable.
The spa is also nice!

The ideal location
The cleaning could be improved as well as a bit of renovation.

The staff were friendly, the location was quiet but within easy reach of local scenic villages. The hotel buildings are sympathetically designed and surrounded by beautiful grounds. The breakfast was superb with an extensive choice of fresh foods, served in a relaxed atmohere. The evening meal in the restaurant was a special menu for NY Day, which offered a reduced choice from the regular a la carte menu, but was delicious, appealingly served with great attention to detail. Our room was large and spacious with a private outside space. Highly recommended.
We noticed on the website listing that due to Covid restrictions we had to book a slot to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi (which we were happy to do), however we were never informed that this was just to limit numbers, and that we were still expected to share this time with other hotel guests (ie complete strangers). I think the instructions need to be more transparent to avoid confusion and anxiety; maybe individual half hour slots would be more appropriate.

Wonderful masia, nice and friendly staff. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food and staff were fantastic.
We didn’t know it had a spa and really enjoyed having a swim.
Our room was very spacious and stunning however it probably lacked a couple of more modern luxury touches/renovations to match a boutique hotel. The bath was gorgeous yet not very practical. There were flies and dust in the room. Tv was very basic, no coffee or tea in the room.

Breakfast was good and we loved the halloween night for the kids! They had lots of fun and they were well taken care of! Also diner was good and staff was very friendly! Location is great and close to all the nice beach places such as Begur and calella de palafruguel.
The rooms are a bit cold and I was missing some decoration to make it more cozy and personal. Diner starts at 20:30 and for little kids it might ne too late 😃

The equipment of the hotel.
The humidity smell in the room and some details could be improved.
10.0
Exceptional service, location and atmosphere. It felt like a paradise and was hard to leave the facility as you can just spend a whole day in this beautiful place.
Breakfast could be more diverse and contain more vegetables, porridge etc.

Great indoor pool and jacuzzi, big rooms, nice green spaces
