Personale disponibile e cortese.

The guesthouse ruined by a lovely family. They are so guest free and kind, it's truly a pleasure to stay there!! Also the location is just perfect, nice and quit in the middle of nature. You can enjoy a wonderful breakfast and authentic greek diner fresh from the grill!! I am definitely going back there!
Nothing at all!!

The location was great, in a very quiet area and close to the Meteoras.
The owners were great and give us little gifts :)
Our room says that is “valley view” but unfortunately was just half of valley view :(
Everything in the room was small: the TV, the bathroom, the sink. Also on the balcony it would be good to have some chairs that are more comfortable. The view is great but you can’t enjoy it because you can’t stay comfortable. Also there are not mosquito nets on the balcony window and you can’t sleep with the window open although the sound outside is great and perfect for sleeping.
Also, there were 2 cats with little kittens outside the property and the owners didn’t let them inside. Ok, I understand that maybe they have some medical problems because of the cats, but with the heat that is there the poor cats are starving and thirsty. They at least can give them some food and water outside the property.

Pleasant room, nice views, close to the monasteries of Meteora, which was a primary reason for our visit to the area. The proprietor is charming and entertaining and takes an interest in his clientele from all around the world. He has dining available and the evening meal was excellent traditional Greek fare, cooked on an open fire.
I have no complaints. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Exactly as advertised. Quaint. Cute.
Look, this dude went on a tangent about Giannis (a Nigerian-born Greek basketball player) having superior DNA. It is what it is, but he is as innocent as he can possibly be while saying it. He’s part of the experience.

People were very welcoming and friendly. we have felt like at home from the beggining of our stay. Kosta´s mum prepared us traditional greek meal. we enjoyed greek wine and after dinner tasting of ouzo as a present from Kosta. Kosta tried to do is his best so that we enjoy our stay in his place. the room was clean with spectacular view. parking just at the property. location is just in the center of Meteora. I would recommend to everybody.

The guesthouse is really well located. It's around 50' walking from the center of Kalambaka but it's quite near the start of Meteora circuit with a privileged view. Kostas was an excellent host, willing to share some inside tips and recommend us with the best itinerary to visit all the open monasteries. The food prepared by his mother was really good, I'll recommend it. It was also very welcomed after visiting the monasteries by foot. We didn't have any issue with our stay but it should be noted that because of the area the WiFi signal wasn't the best. It wasn't a problem for us as our phones were able to connect, but there was a warning signal in reception regarding the WiFi signal.
Nothing.

I was lucky to find this hotel. This nearly 200-year-old family hotel, halfway up the hill, is far from the hustle and bustle of small town, however, the transportation is very convenient, less than a five-minute drive from the city. The early morning terrace overlooking the snowy mountains and the monastery of Meteola is an unparalleled experience. Beneath the room was a large olive grove in the owner's home. The hotel lobby has a TV and fireplace and the atmosphere is very nice. The owner, Kostas, lives here with his parents. They are very friendly. When I left, the owner's mother gave me some jam and dessert that she made by herself. I'll come back and I'll recommend my friends,

The location (transport necessary) was superb, away from the town in the middle of the countryside with super views of the surrounding area.
Towels changed and bed made daily.
Good food on site.
The generous host was very accommodating and had good local information.
Overlanders are welcomed here and there is plenty of space for parking.
This place was exceptional value for money and the quality of the service first class.

Location, free wafter and goodbye present ( a homemade jam)
Mosquitoes were really disturbing. Although hotel owner gave us a device to keep mosquitoes away, we had to kill tens of mosquitoes each night. Another point is the dinner offering ; we were asked if we want barbeque for the dinner ( pork or chicken only) for both of the nights we stayed. We couldn't answer straight as we couldn't know what time we will be back to the hotel. As they insisted to serve it at 19:00 only, it didn't fit to us. However 2nd night we told them that we've eaten late and will just eat some pitas that we bought and asked them if we an eat them at the lobby. In order to make them feel OK we asked one portion of barbeque chicken and 2 portions of Greek salad. This request made them angry and the owner criticized us because we ate outside and told that they cant make barbeque for 1 portion.. Therefore we lost our appetite and canceled our request...

Kostas, the owner. Very good people. If you are from Spain, VERY VERY VERY good people. Don't say you support Real Madrid tho, VERY VERY VERY corrupt.

Definitely a highlight of our trip. Very friendly and family based. Panos was extremely helpful and has a great knowledge of the area. You are close to attractions and shopping if required. The home cooked meals were absolutely fantastic. Very comfy rooms and great vistas from the restaurant and decks.

We loved our stay at Guesthouse Arsenis. It is a family business that gives you a feeling like at home. We are very happy to have stayed here, and felt very welcome. The food in restaurant was delicious. And it is very close to Meteora monasteries. Thank you for having us! ☺️

The view, the food, the place, the trees, the owners..... Everything was just perfecccttttt!
Owners the sweetest ever. They have their own products and the products are simply delicious.
The place has a magnificent view and it's in a quiet area, just some minutes away from town.
Owners were really sweet and helped in everyway they could. They were also very helpful in giving tips on how to make our stay more memorable.
We highly recommend it!
Nothing.... Everything was perfect.

The location of the guesthouse is a short drive from Meteora and the different viewpoints which are absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty -the whole family enjoyed it. Staff are lovely and gave us useful information about the area.

Top location, one road down to the town of Kalabaka and one road up the monasteries of Meteora; it is right in the middle with the most beautiful view of the mountains and the town.
Kostas is the nices and most generous host ever. I highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay in this little gem.
The hosts were really kind and went out their way for us. The location was truly beautiful surrounded by the Meteora cliffs and kush greenery. Rooms were really clean and had a lovely balcony and air confitioning system. We also had a good breakfast every morning ti get our day started. Overall,it was a beautiful experience and left us with much memories to treasure. Thanks so much!
The only thing to remember,is that the property is approx. 3km outside the town and taxis in town do not operate past midnight, hence if you dont have your own car, best to make sure yiu have alternate arrangements so you can get back to the guesthouse.

The owner and his mother, they are very kind and provided a warm welcome. Very good food from the tradition. Guest house in a perfect location to visit Meteora.
During the night some guests drunk too much and they sang late into the night disturbing all the other guests.
The owner told me I should have made them stop myself !! ??

Amazing host. He is super friendly and give us candies and bottle of water every morning. Having dinner there is also good value for money. The room is clean and spacious with a nice view.

the staff was very nice in accomodating. they do a lot to make you feel like you are in their home.
we had some issues the first night with water and electricity in the morning. both issued were fixed very quickly. the electricity was a fault of the grid and not the accomodation.

It was a great stay here back in February! Thank you so much! Sorry about the delay in posting this. It was the most picture perfect stay during our trip. Its hard to top that view from balcony. Beautiful scenery all around the guesthouse. Very helpful host.
Shower is a bit small, but not too much of a problem.
