Piacevolissimo soggiorno con i bambini

Piscine fantastiche per una famiglia con bambini. Divertimento per loro e svago per i genitori. Personale molto cordiale. Ambienti accoglienti e puliti. Bella struttura, trasmette serenità.

Nel complesso la struttura e pure l'appartamento erano ben puliti e nuovi, ci siamo sentiti a ns agio. Solo un' accortezza in più sulla polvere sui mobili ai piani alti e un controllo dei piatti lasciati in cucina dai clienti non guasterebbe. Abbiamo trovato dei residui di cibo su due piatti impilati tra i piatti puliti e questo non è stato piacevole. Certo...starebbe all' educazione di tutti lasciare pulito in quanto il personale non può passare a setaccio ogni piccolo angolo dell' appartamento ogni volta, ce ne rendiamo conto . Queste le uniche piccole pecche ma nel complesso consiglierei la struttura ad amici ; )

sicuramente ci tornerò come ho già fatto più volte.. ma presterò attenzione ai dettagli

ho fatto questa mini-vacanza con la mia amica e i nostri 4 figli, età massima 4 anni, quindi siamo rimaste molto contente della piscina per i bimbi più piccoli e dell'animazione serale che come tutti i bimbi amano.

migliorerei sicuramente il fattore pulizia!! sia in piscina (che meglio se non scrivo cosa c'era in acqua) sia nelle abitazioni. sulle travi del nostro appartamento c'erano due nidi di vespe e per quanto riguarda le pulizie se c'è gente all'interno dell'appartamento non dovrebbero permettersi di entrare !! altra cosa migliorabile.. sicuramente il personale al ristorante. A parte la donna bionda ed un ragazzo alto super disponibile, gli altri particolarmente impacciati!!! Per quanto riguarda le piscine se posso trovare un difetto è il passaggio tra piscina e sdraio !! è davvero molto stretto!!! soprattutto per i bambini credo sia molto pericoloso Sono tutti piccole accortezze che non mi portano sicuramente ad escludere questo posto per le mie prossime vacanze, ma sono consigli che sicuramente non solo io ho notato.. tutto sommato la vacanza in generale merita un 8 e mi sarei fermata volentieri almeno un altro paio di giorni.. Grazie

Toccata e fuga.

L’appartamento veramente bello e accogliente e le tre piscine e il ristorante interno alla struttura . Posizione ottimale per raggiungere i parchi del Garda.

Het zwembad en restaurant

Wifi dekking. De lifeguard zat dagelijks de gehele dag op zijn telefoon in plaats van oog voor de veiligheid te hebben.

Good for families going to Gardaland parks

Great location and the overall village is fun for kids - Outdoor pools and beach volleyball. Good value for money. Close to Supermarket, MC and 7 minutes drive to city center

Perfect stay for visiting Gardaland and lago di Garda.

Everything! It's very close to Gardaland and other places at lago di Garda if you like tourist sights. It's clean, spacious, has everything you need. We even had wifi in our apartment and they changed our towels daily, even if it's stated here that they don't.

Closed to many tourist attraction, quiet place

The concept of this village is very nice but is very degraded inside the houses.Durty walls, bad mattresses, a closed air as you enter the apartment..No style in decorating..

Good location, helpful and friendly staff but accomodation very much lacking.

Good location, close to Gardaland and convenient for day trips to historical cities on Lake Garda. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool even though it was not heated and the water was very cold!

Room small, mattresses very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle, no fly screens on windows or sliding door, room overall tired and a little run down, I imagine as our stay coincided with end of the season.

The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen area. There is a stove, microwave, and mini fridge as well as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, and even a colander. We had two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. There was a couch that could be used to sleep one in the main room. The pools and common area were fun, and the restaurant had great choices with very reasonable prices.

Wifi is not in every building. We needed to ask the front desk for the password, and could only reach it from the couch. Check in time was listed for 1800 or later, but we were able to check in at 1600 no problem.

A relaxing family break.

We only had dinners which were terrific and good value for money. The only thing we had in the morning was coffee which was terrific and the breakfast team were very friendly. We used the great facilities in the kitchen for breakfast. Location great, facilities great, also had a problem with the lock it was fixed in 5 minutes thanks to the maintenance team- molto bene. The location for local supermarkets, garda landa and other theme parks is perfect. Also drove to Venice from here, a little over an hour. Windows are double glazed, good curtains = best sleep and sleep in. Price was really reasonable.

Please note these are only things I can think of. 1. Wifi access could be a little better inside 2. Notify pool opening times on website

Location is perfect, quiet, close to all parks and the river. Staff was good, pool was clean.

It felt like outside is being taken care of more then the insides. We had 0 internet bars in the room, the room was not bed but some furniture or accessories are like thrown on the wall as many fittings are installed incorrectly. The kitchen contains fridge, sink, and a dishwasher, i didn't expect more but a dishwasher in the kitchen where there are 4 plates is basically useless. We would have loved at least some welcome coffee in the room.

The location is absolutely wonderful to explore the area, 5 minutes drive to Peschiera del Garda, 10 minutes to the Gardaland attractions parks and less then half an hour to Lasize and Sirmione. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the area of the hotel is great for kids, we have enjoyed the pool at the warmer days. The kitchenette had all that was necessary to cool a meal at the room which is also great with small kids.

The towels were exchanged once during our 9 night stay and the sheets were not exchanged at all (although the website says the are exchanged every 3 days). The restaurant was less than average especially in Italian standards both the food and the service, and although they say they work from 7:30 to 10pm there are hours where some of the dishes are not available. The playgrounds are not very well kept, one is full of sand and the other has rusted nails poking. The WiFi works only in the reception area.
